Troye's POV

When that guy ran away from the police, I knew I had to step in. I knocked the guy over, and the police ran over and cuffed him. Thy told me, "thank you," and walked to their cruisers. When I looked towards the victim's car, I noticed that it wasn't just some random guy. I was this blonde, with glasses and a look that I would recognize anywhere.

"Tyler," I whispered. I saw Tyler's jaw drop and him whisper something. Instead of standing where I was, looking like a guy on drugs, I walked over to him. He looked so surprised, so dumbfounded that I was here.

"Hi, Troye. W-what are you doing here? I t-thought you were still in Australia!" he said, stuttering every once and a while.

"I decided to surprise you! Do you like this?" I asked, wondering if he wanted me here or not.

"You surprised me, that's for certain," he responded, with a calmer tone of voice than before. "I was about to head to StarBucks, wanna come?"

Should I? Why not, quality time with my boyfriend! I srugged, cocked my head to one side, and moved closer to Tyler. He moved his laptop from the front seat, so I could sit down next to him. I was a little worried though, because he has admitted it to his viwers and himself that he's a horrible driver. Whenever I felt we would crash, I tensed up.

"Troye," he looked over and looked back to the road. "It's fine, I'm improving."

"Are you sure, Tyler, it seems of as though you've almost crashed twice at the same intersection." I wasn't satisfied with Tyler's answer entirely, but I half trusted him.

We got to StarBucks, and I could tell Tyler was a little off. He wasn't acting like he usually does, instead, he just plopped down in a seat with his drink, and started editing a video. Whenever he edits, he usually lets me watched the finished product. This time, he didn't. He kept on working and working until it was well into the afternoon. One of the workers even started at us like we were insane, because Tyler, since this morning, had four empty coffee cups in front of him. I just watched him drink his fifth one as he continued with what he was doing. We didn't even exchange a word. "Uh... Tyler," I start. I pull off his left earbud, and he looks up. "I think it's time to go... Uh, we have been here for well over four hours. You've drank five cups of coffee... We'd better get you home."

He looked at me like I was crazy, and agreed. We left StarBucks, and I could feel the relieved eyes of workers going back to work when they saw us leave. "I'm surprised they didn't kick us out," Tyler said. I was surprised. He hadn't really said anything all day. "I was sure that they would come to our table and saw something like, 'I'm sorry, gentlemen, but you're going to have to leave now.'" He laughed at his clever comment.

I laughed along with him, explaining how I thought we would be booted out by hour two. I also explained how I felt weird, watching him do his work while I was sitting there, with nothing to do for a few hours. "I'm pretty sure I dozed off a few times!"

Instead of taking me to my hotel, Tyler took me back to his apartment, where he showed me his unfinished video.

"I haven't finished it yet, which is why I haven't shown you yet. It is very special, and it announces something that you'll be surprised to hear." He smiled as he talked. Ah, there's the Tyler I know and love.

With a click of a button, the video started to play.
