octavia was born ages ago, when vampires werent a race thought to be extinct. Octavia is the last alive pureblood vmpire (born a vampire not bitten) the rest of her family and friends were kiled by vampire hunters or werewolves. Speaking of, the vampire hunters made a special deal a log time ago, that they would not harm any werewolves if they help to kill every vampire, of course the werewolves wanted to live in peace so they agreed. And a new pact was born, the leader of "the strongest" werewolf pack (insert name here [havent made this dude's story yet]) He by the end of vampire reign had killed 11 pureblood vampires, there only being 15ish at the time. There were 3 left. (some were killed by others) Those three were Octavia, her husband, and her kid. Octavia love these two, octavia and her husband had known eachother for centuries, sense they were kids! they stuck up for each other and bacically everyone knew they loved eachother, when theh finaly had a kid Octavia couldnt be happier. Untill you remember the pact. Vampire hunters and werewolves were outside octavias house (fancy? gothic mansion) Octavia tried to hide with her kid, trying to convince her husband to come too, before they burned her house down but he refused saying he would destract them and that she was the last hope. he died lmao. (i had too) so yeah he died. For more context Octavia is apart of a more well known vampire family(one of THE most famous pureblood vampire familys(she kinda flexs a little bcuz she can), shes strong physicaly and mentally. A family secret that she knows about is that if you get enough blood ( im talking 3-5 swimming pools) full of blood and you expose the blood under a bloodmoon, it crystallizes and turns into a bloodcrystal. With this blood crystal whoever holds it/ uses it in a weapon will become stronger, but it only works with pureblood vampires. Context over Octavia knew she could take them on and she couldnt run, she sat her kid somewhere safe..? and attacked those who killed the ones she loved. She died lmao.
jkjk she faked her death. She wasnt compleatly wreaked but totaly got owned. 9v1 or something crazy like that The stake missed her heart or something, but the main part here is she lost her eyes. The werewolf leader (no name) tore out her eyes and grabbed her weapons. Took everylast crystal and burried them somewhere. (And abt her kid i havent decided if there was some weird affair and they're half werewolf and bcuz of that shes his(no name) kid and he took her in and raised her. the problem with that being vampire werewolves are so overpowerd?) (Or they died and everyone died except for Octavia) But anyways she was awoken by someone digging up her grave (fun right?) (this person is Mai) (ik grave robbing isnt a good look for someone whos personality trait is 'kind') (she just wanted some bones for a potion or something) Her familiar was helping her dig up Oct's grave. The bad thing is that octavia has been in a deep slumber for the past few hundred fucking years, so she doesnt know modern english well. Or modern things well in general Octavia still didnt have her eyes when she woke up (vampires can regen) but her and Mai became besties or whatever. Yknow they did lots of friend things like ·teaching oct good English ·teaching her how to use technology ·drinking blood ·kissing ·watching tv
but that didnt all happen imidiatly, i mean this girl is greaving the last thing she saw before faking her death was her husband and possible her child dieing in front of her. Good thing Mai has patients to help her through it. At some point octavia has some plans to do a revival, as the vampire race will die without 2 purebloods, as 2 normal vampires cannot reproduce and create more vampires. But in order to do that you need around 6 bloodcrystals, which is a lot of blood, which is a lot of people. But luckily remember that dude buryed her things? Its octavias goal to find that buried tresure and retreave her eyes and tools back. But what will happen when (no name) is still alive and notices she is too? Lemmie tell you nothing good (I dont really have more story other than octavia fights no name and probably wins this time cause its 1v1 instead of like 9v1 cause octavia became the queen of shit talking and fucking roasted his ass abt how he cant fight alone) I also have 0 clue what octavia really dresses like, i want somthing old inspired because she woke up from then, buuuut old clothes have so much detail and i dont have a good enough attention span for that. So whenever i come up for a concept other than what bs i have now ill put an image up top

oh also her personality is generaly calm, shes very slow to react she likes time to think things out, shes skeptical, oblivious to things(like social cues and such), but she has a good heart, she believes in what is right, is generaly more layed back but can become formal, shes great at the formal part.
