" Evil doesn't sleep and neither should you!" Sensei Wu disturbed our slumber, banging a small gong. We all groan and turn over. " In order to reach your full potential, we must greet each day as an opportunity." Wu said as Kai got up, " Ok ok, we're up. But if you want us to reach full potential, shouldn't we at least get a full night of rest?" Kai yawned. The rest of us got out of our beds.

I walked over to Zane and tug on his pjs. Zane wrapped his arms around me and cracked me back for me. " Thanks," I yawn. " You call that a rest? I think my back had more lumps than the mattress." Cole stretched. Jay walked over to the sink to brush his teeth, "We were up so late, talking about how cool it is to have a new headquarters, I guess we lost track of time. Since the Serpentine burned down our monastery, I'm just glad we have a roof over our head..." Jay started to brush his teeth but spat it out since dirt covered his toothpaste.

" What is our lesson today, Sensei?" Zane said, too awake like the morning person he was. " Mastering the strike of the Scorpion? Or perhaps the grace of-" Zane was cut off as the floor under him broke. " I think today's lesson would be....chores." " Chores!?" The five of us repeated it. " I'm going to back to bed," I tried to go to my bed but Jay held the back of my pj shirt. " Ninja fight, Sensei. They do not clean." Cole told the old wise man.

"In order to respect ourselves, we must respect our new home and where we are from. And this place is a long way from becoming a ninja headquarters. I expect things to be spotless when I return. And put your backs into it." Sensei banged the gong once more before leaving. " This place is going to take forever to clean and fix up," Kai grumbled. "Unless we put more than our backs into it, huh?" Jay winked

Cole used his Spinjitzu to clean up a room and take all the items in it. He placed them outside with a garage sale sign. Zane used his Shurikens to freeze the walls of the Bounty. Kai used his sword to melt the ice, cleaning it. Both of them used Spinjitzu to help melt the rest. Jay found a huge computer system and used his nunchucks to fix it. I used my sword and lightly tapped on large objects. The objects formed to have legs, moving where I told them to go. Once in place, they formed back to their original state. I fixed the hole in the bedrooms that Zane made doing this. Together, we fixed the sails.

Sensei and Nya entered the Bounty to find the four plays playing video games as I built a puzzle. " What took you so long?" Kai looked back at them. " Wow, this place looks amazing! You guys did all this?" Nya was shocked. "Ninja don't just fight, Nya. We clean." Cole remarked. "Oh, you have exceeded my expectations..." Wu started. A car honk could be heard outside. "...But can you keep it up?"

Nya looked out the window, " Looks like we're about to have some visitors. And loud ones at that." Jay sighed, "Ugh...It's my parents. Please, if they start yapping, just don't let them going, okay? They don't know when to quit. And if you start talking then they'll start talking, and suddenly half the day is gone before you know it ends-" " We get it!" Kai cut him off, " They talk a lot." He then muttered, " The cherry doesn't fall far from its blossom.

The couple soon arrived at the bounty and bumped into the objects Cole put out. "Oh, heh. Take a note, Edna. Either better brakes or a better bumper... Oh, will you look at all this great stuff? They can't just get rid of it. We should have brought the trailer, Edna.
 Ed said to his wife. " This ain't a flea market, Ed. We're here for Jay." She reminded him. " What was that? Did you take a note?" He asked, having poor hearing. " I'm writing it down, Ed." 

" Mom! Dad!" Jay pretended to be happy, walking out to greet them. " What are you doing here?" " Oh look! it's my baby boy! its been so long since we heard from you!" Edna was all types of happy to see her son. We walked over to them as they got out of their car." Ma, I called you two days ago." He reminded her. Ed chuckled, " Oh well... It's not soon enough, son. When are you coming out to the Junkyard? You say you are coming an..an..and you don't."
