We arrived back at the monastery too late. It was up in flames. " We're too late. Those snakes." Kai growled. The other four dragons cried out and Cole got off Flame to release them. " Our home..." Kai got off his dragon sadly. " Shard! Put this out!" Zane told his dragon who froze the monastery to put out the flames. I walked into the monastery and looked at the burnt frozen wood. Eve landed next to me and nudged me. I pulled back my good and pet her snout.

 "The training equipment, gone." Zane looked down. " Our video games, gone!" Jay added. " The memories...Gone." I sniffle. " They stole their staff back." Wu informed us. " What do we do now?" Cole asked, Rocky nudging him. Kai's sorrow for the monastery quickly turned to anger as he turned to Zane. " If you hadn't followed that silly bird, none of this would've happened!" Kai blamed Zane for this.

" Kai-" Wu was cut off by Jay. " No! Sensei, he's right!" Jay turned to Zane, " Because of you, my high score has been deleted!" "This is a teaching moment. We must learn from this." Zane said, trying to calm down the others. "A teaching moment? What's wrong with you? Don't you get it? Everything is gone!" Cole shouted. " BOYS SHUT UP!" I scream, getting the attention put onto me.

" This isn't Zanes fault! If you knew about Lloyds fortress, you would have told all of us too and the same thing would have happen! You can't blame Zane! You can't blame anyone but those, those stupid snakes! Apologize to Zane!" I shout at them. I don't know why I was shouting nor why I even spoke up but I was really mad they did that. The three boys looked down in shame and turned around. " I'm sorry, Zane. I-" Kai tried to apologize by Zane was gone. " Zane?" Jay looked around until we saw Zane flying away on his dragon.

Meanwhile, Lloyd and the Hypnobrai returned to the Hypnobrai Tomb. Lloyd's wrist was tied with a rope with another serpent holding the other end. "Do something, General. You're still under my command, right?" Lloyd said to Slithraa. " Enough! I am the General! You will return my sssstaff at onccce!" Slithraa looked at Skales. Skales looked at the staff before looking back, " No." " You dare challenge my command?!" Silthraa hissed.

The Hypnobrai started to chant Slither pit. "  I guess we'll have to fight for it... in the Sslither Pit!" Skales announced. The serpents cheer as the two blue snakes prepared for a fight. Lloyd was tied to a pillar of ice so no one had to watch him. Skales handed the staff to another serpent. "Winner gets the staff and leads the tribe! You know the rules. There are none, but in the Sslither Pit, whatever I say goes. Alright, fight!" The serpent spoke.

The fight started fairly and while they fought, Lloyd spotted a map. He reached for it as the serpent shouted two weapons. A weapon rack was lowered and each serpent took two. After a bit, the serpent shouted," Side winder!" The area was tilted and the two serpents started to slide. Lloyd successfully grabbed the map and put it in his back pocket. " Go, General! Go!" Lloyd shouted, getting looks from the other serpents.

Slithraa tried to hypnotize Skales but he ended up getting kicked in the face. Skales then moved his body in a way that confused Slithraa before kicking him in the chest and jaw. A serpent pointed out that Skales used Fang Kwon Do. Lloyd started to get worried as Slithraa wasn't getting up. He shouted for him to get up but, he didn't. " We have a winner!" The serpent held up Skales's hand before giving him the staff.

Skales's body started to change and morph as he gained a tail and General markings. Slithraa lost his tail and was degraded to Warrior markings. The Hypnobrai started to chant Skales's name. " You will be loyal to me now!" Skales pointed the staff at Slithraa. " I will do as you command." Slithraa agreed. " You!" Skales looked at Lloyd. " Leave and never return!"

We sat on the mountain the burnt-down monastery was on and were eating something. Kai asked what it was, shivering in the wind. " Mud newt, not bad for something that lives underground," Cole answered. " What!?" Jay was disgusted and spat out the piece he was eating. He threw away his newt and threw a rock into a cane. " Yeah! A new high s-sc-score!" He stuttered.

"Remember, we must be thankful for what we still have." Wu told us. " But Sensei, What do we have anymore? Sure we have the air in our lungs but, that's about it. We have no home anymore. And we don't have Zane." I looked down at the fire. " I miss Zane too," Kai agreed. Jay did too. " Zane?" Nya questioned. " Yeah,  Zane. You know. White Ninja. The smart, strange one." Jay replied. " No!" Nya pointed ahead, " Zane!" "ZANE!" We all shouted as Zane came over. 

We all ran over to him and I tackled him into a hug. Jay sighed in relief, "Zane. We're so sorry for everything we've said. We're a team and that means we're all responsible." " You don't need to apologize to me." Zane told him, hugging me back. "But what about all those awful things we said? Isn't that why you left?" Kai asked. "Of course not. I saw the Falcon again and I followed him." " That's our Zane," Cole snickered and we all group hugged Zane.

"We're happy to have you back." Nya smiled. " Why? Is it my turn to make dinner?" Zane smiled. We all laughed. " Yes Zane, we would love for you to make dinner." Wu smiled. "But I already made it. Come. I want to show you what I've found. I think you will all be pleased." Zane picked me up, putting me on his shoulders as he led everyone somewhere.

Zane led us to the Sea of Sand, " I can't explain it, but I feel a strange connection with the Falcon. I think he's trying to help show us the path we need to take." Zane said as he showed us a ship that was in the sand. " Our new home." He smiled. I gasped as I looked at the ship. I've seen it before, in a book my brother got me. I think it was called the Destiny's Bounty. " Do I smell pie?" Jay questioned. "Cobbler berry. Oh, and I made myrtle berry and apple and—" Zane was cut off by Kai, Jay, Cole, and Nya racing to the Bounty.

" I'm proud of you, Zane. One day, I promise. We will find your family." Wu put his hand on his shoulder. " but I've already found them," Zane looked up at me and tapped my feet. I giggle and hug his head, " I love you Zane. You're the best brother ever." "I feel there's more to you than meets the eye. There's something special about you, Zane." Sensei told the boy. 

" Sensei, will I become the Green Ninja?" Zane asked. "It's too early to tell, but if it's in your path, you'll know. Come now. It would be a shame to let them eat all that pie." Sensei Wu started to walk to the Bounty. I pat Zane's head as he followed. Once inside, we sat down at the table, enjoying the food Zane made. Zane picked up and threw a plate of shrimp at Cole, laughing as he did it. Another food fight commenced and we all got pretty messy. But it was fun! Maybe I'll join in on more food fights!

But as we were all enjoying ourselves, Lloyd stood from afar and watched the Bounty. He heard all of us laughing and sighed. He walked away, wishing he had a family to go to. He was exiled from the Hypnobrai, so he was off to the next tribe. Though he wished he had someone that wouldn't leave him. For everyone has only done that to him.
