Inside the Terror Precinct, the Ghosts and their higher-ups assemble to discuss. Terror High-command was not pleased with the methods that Captain Murphy employed in order to handle the situation. High Command argues he didn't handle the situation at all or at least he didn't handle it well. How is Murphy going to save face?

"Sir I told you; I can't shoot the kid like this, he needs to be on the island."

"Enough with your excuses Murphy, your failure is an embarrassment enough in and of itself."

"But sir, I speak the truth, the boy moves like a gazelle, I can't land a proper hit on him."

"You outnumbered him, and he is still a mere child, how could you let him escape? All you had to do was just shoot him once!", immense pressure emanates from the higher-up's body.

Murphy and his men are weakened, they fall to their knees. A cold sweat flows from their faces. Like a ton of bricks, this pressure seems to crush their very souls. The higher-ups of Terror are adept at using this power, much to the dismay of their subordinates. These powers are thought of as unholy by the church. Only ones corrupted enough to make deals with evil spirits have this power, or so the legends go. These individuals were once called dark wizards by an ignorant few. Murphy and his men are powerful martial artists, but still mortal men.

Murphy gathers all his strength just to tilt his head up slightly. He shrieks and moans in pain at the slightest tensing of his muscles.

"Sir, he probably returned to that old convent, the one we turned into an orphanage."

"And what of it, Murphy?"

"That place is under Terror control; we can just walk in and grab him."

He releases the Ghosts from his hold. Murphy and his men can finally stand at ease again.

"You failed once to capture him and now he knows you're coming. Tell me, how are you going to avoid failing this time?"

"We can call him in."

"I don't understand who you're talking about, who is he, and why does he matter?"

"Our specialist, a member of the Specter corp."

"What are you talking about? There are no members of the Specter corp. assigned to this precinct and that's by design."

"That's not completely true. Counselor Galileo himself allowed me to have one. He's one of the most powerful individuals Terror has to offer."

"A bold claim."

"It's true, our scanners say he's at least level thirty."

"Then where is he? Don't tell me that he's abandoned his post."

"On a mission, he's often gone for months at a time, but he'll be back soon. He's my most reliable guy. Please, sir."

"Fine, call him and make him find the boy. Don't fail us again!"

They leave the room. Murphey did not have time to respond before they left. He and his man breathe a sigh of relief. Murphy's reputation and potentially his future career are on the line. Hopefully this man is as reliable as they say he is.

"Newt let me explain.", Mother pleads.

"No, you've been lying to me. You've been lying to all of us."

"Newt, just listen."

"No! I don't wanna hear it!"

"Newt, wait"
