Chapter 6: Let Me Take You Out

Dahae was on her bed, laying on her stomach as she thought about what Baekhyun told her just a few hours ago. She should have been working on her Calculus homework, but it was more interesting thinking about the reasons why someone would like you.

"Dahae, that was like the 6th time you sighed." Mijoo threw her pillow at her roommate's back. "Do you need help with with your homework?"

"Noo, err," Dahae sat up and hugged Mijoo's pillow, "You won't believe what Baekhyun told me today."

Mijoo raised her eyebrows and closed her textbook, "This sounds good already."

"So he told me the reason why Luhan switched out of our classes...he said it was because he likes me and that he felt nervous around me.....what do you think?"

Mijoo hummed and tapped her pen on her cheek, "Don't get me wrong," she started, "It could be possible because you're really nice and pretty, and I think that a lot of guys would be interested in you, but...it's Luhan. I don't think that's possible??"

"Well that's what I thought at first too, you know since we barely know each other and don't even talk. But I don't know what other explanation there would be for him to only switch out of the classes that we have together."

"So if he asked you out on a date, you would say yes?"

Suddenly Dahae blushed and covered the lower half of her face with the pillow, "Ummmm I don't know. I've never been on one so it sounds like it would be fun..."

"You'd never been on a date before? Have you ever been confessed to?" Mijoo asked, surprised.

Dahae nodded, "Yes, in high school. But I wasn't allowed to date back then."

Mijoo huffed, "You can probably do better than Luhan though. His anti-socialness is just a turn off for me."

Dahae shrugged and got off her bed, "Do you want to go off campus for dinner tonight?"

Mojo agreed and the two girls went to a nearby restaurant and took a seat as they waited for their order.

"Hey Luhan, do you want me to carry Haru for you?" Baekhyun asked, noticing Luhan looking sore.

"Do you want to go to your other oppa?" Luhan asked Haru.

Haru nodded and she grabbed on from her brother to Baekhyun. Since Luhan got out of work early him, Haru, and Baekhyun wanted to go out to eat.

"Can I get a toy with my meal?" Haru asked. Luhan bit his lip. Even though it was just a dollar extra for the kid's meal, he had to save up money for the apartment. "Sure Haru," He answered with a smile.

Suddenly Haru gasped and started kicking, not wanting to be held anymore. Baekhyun, confused, put her down and he and Luhan watched as she ran to a table.

"Bunny!" Haru shouted with joy.

Dahae looked down and widened her eyes, "Haru? What are you doing here?"

"Did she just say bunny?" Mijoo asked.

"I think she meant to say 'unnie."' Dahae said with a laugh and held Haru's hands. "If you're here, does that mean..."

"Hey you guys!" Baekhyun walked over with Luhan trailing slowly behind him. "What are you doing here?"

"Same as you. Getting dinner." Mijoo answered.

Luhan walked over and tried to grab Haru's hand, but she refused and wanted to stay with Dahae.

"Hi Luhan," Dahae tried to say as normally as possible.
