When life wants to give you a deep fucking, you have three options.

You straight up don't let it, you roll over or you let it think it is in control until you figure out a way to fuck it back.

Surprising to even himself, Landon went with option three as he recorded the message that MG's mom wanted him to record, very easily.

He didn't babble or anything, he told them he was going camping and a good bye to Jed. He hoped that they are able to figure out his hidden message before they threw him in the pit.

The pit, which he could hear bubbling right behind him as he heard another sound of someone coming down the stairs as the rag on his head was removed.

An handsome dark haired man stood in front of him, he was dressed in a suit that screamed that he was an agent.

Immediately upon having the rag removed Landon looked him in the eye and said.

"I don't know anything of relevance to you."

He said that and the agent smiled at him but did not speak, which he took as an invitation to continue talking.

"You can kill me, but I'm part phoenix, so I'm just gonna come back to life in a burst of flames, and there's gonna be a lot of ash to clean up. And after I come back, I'm not gonna know anything."

This made the Agent's smile widen, as he spoke up for the first time.

"I'm not here to interrogate you Landon. I am here to give you some answers."

After saying this, the Agent told Landon about how there were three keys to unlock Malivore and along with the keys. Decoys were also creates.

The agent wanted to use Landon's uncanny ability to activate these artifacts, to find the last remaining key of the artifact.

While just before classes started Nathan got a call from Hope telling him that Landon had ran away and both decided that he deserved the time away.

After all they did lie about what happened to his mother.

That wasn't all that was wrong inside the school, Rafael's condition was worsening with each passing day. It had become bad enough that others have started noticing it too.

He decided to take a half day of school because Hannah didn't come to school, and hadn't answered any of his texts. So, being a bit worried he made his way to Hannah's house.

When he parked in front of her house he noticed that both her parents cars were there, which meant they all were at the house.

As he walked up to the door and knocked, it was opened by Hannah's mom.

"Sorry, Nathan. Today is family emergency -!"

Before she could continue speaking, Hannah's loud voice came from within the house.

"He knows!"

Hannah's mom stared at Nathan with wide eyes as she opened the door further, letting him in.

By the way the two parents were sitting on the sofa along with the tired expression on Hannah face, he figured out that the whole Werewolf thing had went not that great.

"I take it, the whole story didn't go well."

He remarked and while Hannah rolled her eyes at him, both her parents sighed in exasperation.

"No! I've told them everything I can."

Hannah exclaimed, as on her words her mother spoke up.

"Are you seriously telling us that Witches, Werewolves and Vampires are real? I -," she glanced at her husband and then continued "we cannot believe any of it."
