Chapter 3

Andy's pov: It came out positive. I just stared at that thing with two lines that changed my life in seconds. " I'm pregnant", i whispered. Travis just stood there and said nothing. "You need to say something, travis", i looked at him. "What do you want me to say", he was totally confused. "I don't know, should i be happy or sad". "That's your choice Andy", he came up to me: "But one thing i know for sure is, that you have to tell Sullivan about it. Best now!" "What, but it's not safe yet that i'm pregnant. Tests are not 100% sure", I stood up and walked out of the bathroom. "I know, but you're gonna feel a lot better when you tell him", he followed me. "Fine let's go, our shift is nearly over and we didn't show up all day at the station. They already now that something is wrong", i looked at my phone: "Shit ten missed calls from maya".

Later at the station...

Robert's pov: "Did anyone see Andy, i can't find her". I entered the truck hall. Ben came up to me: "You only notice that now"? "I was very busy, but now seriously, do you have any idea where she is?" "She's in the ambulance with Travis today, maybe they'll be on duty," Vick added. "No today there was no action for us". "Then they just drove around, a little fun is always good". Then Maya added: "I'm worried too, they don't answer the phone". Then the gate opened and the ambulance came in. The rest of us just looked amazed. Andy and Travis got out. "Hey, are you okay?", The two came to us, I noticed that Andy was nervous. "No, we didn't know where you were and what you did. What do you think you should have reported?" Maya was very angry and gestured around. Ben calmed her down again. Then Andy came up to me: "Can we talk for a minute"? She took my hand and pulled me into a storage room. "So what was going on today, or are you generally okay?" I was worried because she was acting weird. "I'm pregnant," she said simply. I felt like I was in a dream, did she really just say that? She just looked at me and I looked at her, in shock. She continued: "I'm against abortion, that means I'll keep it. I have no idea if you want to participate, that's your decision," she was incredibly nervous and tried not to look at me. "I know what you're thinking but-", I interrupted her and took her in my arms: "What do you think of me, I will support you and love this child", I looked deeply into her eyes. And they filled with tears: "I love you". "I love you too. But was that the reason why you couldn't be reached?" I looked at her inquiringly. "Yes," she said meekly. She wrapped her arms tightly around my body. "We're having a baby," I still couldn't quite believe it, but I was really happy. "We're having a baby," she laughed with tears in her eyes.

Andy's pov: Now we have to tell the others about it. I was excited and extremly nervous. How will the reactions be? Will they accept our decision? I worried about the most unnecessary things. "Shall we go to the others?" He kissed my forehead. "Okay let's do it," I opened the door. The others were all in the kitchen and Dean made his chilli. When we walked in, everyone was looking at us and watching our every step. That's when I knew, "Travis, you told them?" I was incredibly angry. "I'm sorry, you know I can't hide anything," he smiled innocently. Everyone else just kept looking at us. "Congratulations," Vick came up to me and gave me a big hug. "Thanks". "We're sorry, we're just so amazed, that wasn't planned, was it?", Ben clapped Robert off. "I know guys, it wasn't planned, but it was deliberate and we'll keep it. I don't want to always make such a big topic about it, okay," I was back on my captain's tone. The others just nodded and congratulated us. Robert couldn't stop smiling, that made me happy.

Later at home...

Robert's pov: When I got into the bedroom, Andy was already in bed. I crawled under the covers and pulled Andy to my body. "Are you happy," I asked her. "I'm happy if you are too, so the answer is yes," she smiled and I kissed her cheek. "Let's sleep, today was an exhausting day, and you can no longer use exertion. I love you Andrea." And I knew that I would love the baby just as much as her.

So this chapter is a little bit longer than these before. I try to do the next one longer, but don't be so strict with me as this is my first story. Thank youuuu ;))) (i think i'm gonna do the next chapter a lil bit dramatic....)
