Dark Adam was standing in front of the mirror, his knuckles were white from clinging on the edge of the table, his eyeliner was running down his cheeks mixed with his tears and he was trembling slightly. He didn't look ok at all. Elliot just knew him for some hours but he surely didn't expect to ever see him like this.

Adam noticed him on the mirror and, for a moment, freezed. Then it turned into rage.

-What the fuck are you doing here?! Ever heard about knocking?! - he growled.

-Sorry, I... I just heard you screaming and wanted to know if you were ok...

Dark Adam rolled his eyes and turned around. He walked towards Elliot until the youngest man was being pressed against the wall. Adam looked like a wolf, Elliot was honestly afraid that he would actually bite him.

-Of course you did, because we, Darks, are bitches with no control over ourselves while you, Lights, are the perfect princes and princesses! Who live in the fantasy world where everything is pink and perfect!

Elliot was freaking out, but he tried to remain calm and looked Adam in the eyes. His eyes were red from crying and his hands were still shaking a bit, Elliot couldn't say if from rage or panic. Both, he assumed.

-I am not a perfect prince, and I don't really have control over my feelings either. - he spoke calmly.

-Oh great, the empathetic shit is starting - he growled.

-Not really. I have, like, at least 2 breakdowns per day. And I am not a Light.

Dark laughed ironically and rolled his eyes, again.

-So you are a Dark? Go fool other person, fucker.

-No. I'm not a Dark neither a Light. It's... complicated. I'm not gonna tell you about it right now. But as I said, I have at least 2 break downs per day and I know how to calm down after having one. At least it works with me.

Adam grunted something but said nothing else. Elliot took that as a sign to go ahead and help him.

He stroked down his arm very slightly with the tip of his fingers, until he reached his hand. Dark flinched a bit away and Elliot looked at him. He was just staring at the wall in silence.

He stroked down his arm slowly again and this time Adam didn't move away. He took his hand slowly and pulled him to his bed, then sat him down.

-Do you have any drinks in here that aren't alcoholic? - the british man asked.

-Hm, I don't think so.

-Uhm, ok, let's improvise then. Lay down.

-Why? I don't want to.

-Stop being so skeptical, lay down. - he ordered a bit more firmly.

Dark grunted annoyed again and laid down. Elliot sat beside his head and stroked his hair slowly.

-What are you doing? - Dark grunted.

-Close your eyes and stop thinking. Don't talk, don't think, just breathe.

Adam hesitated for a moment, then closed his eyes. Elliot kept crawling his hair slowly and felt Adam relax slightly against him. Then, slowly, he wrapped an arm around his shoulders and letted Dark lay his head on his chest. Dark's breath calmed down slowly as Elliot kept crawling his hair, it had only passed like 5 minutes when he heard the other man snore slightly beside him.

He smiled a bit and leaned back. He took advantage to clean the eyeliner on the american man's cheeks at least a little bit and couldn't help himself but blush when Dark Adam wrapped an arm around his waist to cuddle.
