chapter 4

Perrie POV

'Tell us what happened' I gulped as I looked into Jade's eyes, feeling myself tearing up and I gave her a small pout. She sighed and looked around at Jes and Leigh, 'Can I take her to another room?' 

They nodded not taking their eyes off me, it felt unsettling, not like when Jade looks at me. Jade's gaze is always sympathetic and caring, not that the others' weren't it's just Leigh and Jesy are looking at me right now in a way that shows more curiosity than care.

Feeling the beanbag shift, I looked up to see Jade holding her hand out to me, I took it and she heaved me up to standing position. I groaned, my body felt like it was covered in bruises, Jade chuckled lowly and led me to our dance studio. 

Upon walking in, I shiver, Jade must've noticed because she quickly let go of my hand to close the curtains and turn on the heater. Walking back to me she asked softly, 'Is that a bit warmer, baba? Or would you like to go to another room?' As I nodded that this room was just fine, I heard a ping coming from Jade's phone. We both glanced at it to see Liam's name pop up, confused, I looked at her and asked 'Why don't you see what he texted you?' I had momentarily forgot about Zayn while in Jade's presence.

'You sure you're ok with me doing that?' she questioned, shooting me a unsure look. I giggled and nodded. 'Ok then, let's sit down and see what he wants to tell me then we talk, yeah?' I nodded again and sat down. This was like a one-sided conversation for her, but she didn't seem to mind.

I looked up as Jade gasped, she had a look I couldn't quite figure out, putting my hand on her knee she looked up and this time it was her that had tears welled up in her eyes. Looking over at her phone to see what Liam texted I saw, 

From Lili🤩: Jade, can Lou and I come over to your studio for a bit? Ni took Zaynie to home to calm down, tell Pez we're sorry about what he did. But I should've said this first, Harry resigned and left the label a week ago, we were only just told. We don't know why either. That's why we got all week off, he's moved to another country but didn't tell us where. He's deleted all his socials and he changed his number. Lou's a mess right now, I don't know what to do, I thought maybe you could help me with him. But if you are with Perrie right now, it's fine, I'll find another way. 

I felt myself tearing up again, why did Harry do that? Even though Z and I were now on horrendous terms, I still cared a lot about the other boys, I can only imagine how they feel right now after a best friend they've been together with for so long suddenly leaves. 'Jade, it's fine, tell Liam to bring Louis we'll have a heartbreak party' I started sobbing as the realisation sunk in that the last 4 years of my life had been wasted on a man who never treated me properly.

'Oh, Pez, it's ok. It'll be ok, I'm here for you, I will always be here'
