imagine peter breaking up with you at the vic's christmas party after he had a talk with his dad about you and him.
after ian and peter talked, the latter went back to you and started talking.
"y'know, it's been fun. but it's just not been fun enough." peter says
"what are you talking about?" you ask
"this. us. it's a mistake." peter plainly said. on the inside he was tearing himself apart for doing this but his dad told him it was the right thing to do.
"what do you mean it was a mistake?" tears started to well up. this was not happening to you, not on christmas!
peter didn't say anything, he just walked out the door and didn't even notice he walked home. he also didn't notice that you started crying after he left.
