Seohyun's POV
"Hi I'm Niki." The blonde haired guy let out his hand for a shake as I looked away not bothering to shake his hands. He was a bit shocked seeing my ill mannered behaviour but shrugged it away and looked at the taller guy. "Let's go." They both walked away as I followed them uninterestedly. Just why did the young Lee find it important to bring me to see old people.
"Ahhh Heeseung-ah you finally came." The old lady by the park excitedly greeted him as Heeseung gave her a small hug with the same excitement. I still don't know why I'm here. "We missed you." Another old man came depending on his stick and chuckled seeing Heeseung. "Should have come earlier." Seemed like they got along pretty well.
"You never visit to see us. It's just that old lady." Sarcastically laughing the people around him nodded in agreement as the guy nervously chuckled. "I still don't know why I'm here." I said from behind feeling irritated by this situation as everyone stared at me. "You girl. Atleast show some respect." Tch. I scoffed walking away hoping to see the exit soon but Heeseung held my hand stopping me.
"Come on don't be pissed. I brought you here to meet someone special." Just why. Why does he act like he matters to me? When he means nothing to me. "And what will I do meeting them?" His face had a slight hesitation but it removed itself with a smile. "Come on! Niki where's she?" And I only felt him pull me to god knows where.
Niki brought us to a small room, likely a place for someone to paint since it had all sorts of paint in it. The old lady inside silently painted in the canvas. "She's been waiting for you." Niki gestured the guy to meet the old woman as I felt Heeseung's grip on my arm loosen as he went forward.
"Grandma?" He said out slowly as I felt my eyes widen. Grandma? Did I hear it right? "Is that you Heeseung?" The guy nodded immediately pulling his grandma into a hug as the room once silent was now filled with little sniffles. It was confusing me every moment.

"Her condition isn't that great yet hyung." Niki said pulling the covers in as the old lady let out small snores. I leaned against the wall still having no clue as to what's happening but kept quiet cuz that was the only thing I could do. "I should've visited her earlier." Heeseung said getting out of the room with Niki as I followed them. "Hmm. For now I think you should explain everything to your girlfriend."
I couldn't really hear what they were talking about but it annoyed me how Heeseung stopped walking and stared at me for a while. "Nah she's just the CEO dad is making me learn from bruh." Niki chuckled nodding and left the place as I sighed. "I'm not liking this." I said silently walking to the park and sitting on one of the bench as Heeseung sat beside me.
"She's my grandma." He said slowly. "I can see that."
"Everyone abandoned her after grandpa died. It's just me but I can't bring her home. So Niki, one of my close friends who worked here, is taking care of her under my watch." I dug my nails into my flesh hearing his sad tone. It almost felt like entire family let go off their responsibility towards the old lady. Which they did.
