"So, Olivia, how're you liking John Addams High School so far? Meet any cute guys yet?" Topanga nudged at her newest friend. She rolled her eyes in return. "I've been here less than a day, Topanga. Though I will admit, there are a few cute people I've seen so far. But I just moved here, I don't need to jump into anything right now." The blonde nodded with a smirk and focused back on the board.
Olivia and Topanga agreed to meet back at their lockers when it came time for lunch. She put her math books away and leaned against the metal to wait for her newest friend. At the sound of footsteps approaching, Olivia lifted her head only to see Shawn instead. "We have got to stop meeting like this." He shrugs and leans with her. "Not my fault you never seem to expect me. You meeting Topanga here for lunch?" She nodded, looking for the head of long blonde hair. "Well, here comes Cory and Topanga. Let's go before all the good stuff is gone." He swung an arm over her shoulders to guide her to the lunchroom. She lifted her face to look at him quizzically before rolling her eyes and smiling. "You normally warm up to people this fast or am I just special?" He smirked down at her and shrugged. "Might as well since Cory and Topanga have. Now, you said you're from Tampa. Cory, Topanga and I all went to Disney last year. How close is that?" Olivia was directed to the lunch line by Shawn and answered his question. "I'm about an hour's drive north of Orlando. It was the senior trip at my old school." That interested Shawn. "Yeah, your old school. How does it compare with good old John Addams high?" Olivia shrugged before thinking. "It's definitely different. It's a little less diverse here, but not by too much. And I haven't seen one deal this morning. So that's different. My old school had a huge drug problem." Shawn nodded his head before moving up in line. "So you know how to deal with thugs?" Olivia shrugged before following him. "I guess. I wasn't in gangs but I knew a couple guys who were actually really sweet. And my momma didn't raise a doormat." Shawn chuckled before pulling her further into the line. "Good to know."
After receiving their food, they joined Cory and Topanga at their table. "So, what class do you have next?" Pulling her schedule from her bag, she responded, "Looks like I've got Feeny for History. You guys?" All three nodded their heads. "Feeny likes to create assignments based on students' answers, so be careful on how you reply." The brunette nodded her head before looking at her schedule once more. "I've got Film after History and then Bio after that. What do you guys have?" Shawn, Cory, and Topanga looked over their schedules. "I've got Film with you!" Cory piped up. "I've got Bio with you." Came from Shawn. And Topanga responded with a big fat "Nothing." "Well, what's your last class?" She shrugged. "It looks like I've got music appreciation after bio with Shawn. And then I head home." Topanga nudged at her boyfriend and remarked "Are you sure you don't have chemistry with Shawn?" Cory looked back at her confused. "No? They just said they have biology together. Topanga, sweetheart, you're supposed to be the smart one here." She rolled her eyes and pointed a subtle finger. "No, look at them, if Shawn can settle down a little, they would make a very cute couple, no?" A smile broke out of Cory's face. "Oh yeah! Then we can do double dates!"
