From Despair to Delight (BakuDeku)-(KiriDeku)

Across town Katsuki had finally made it to his destination. He pulled the Tacoma into a space, disconnecting his phone from the truck's Gps before exiting. There were five large apartment buildings in the complex and it took him a few minutes to figure out which was the correct one. Using his phone he made his way over and into the building. "Good morning sir. Welcome to Heights alliance apartments, how can I direct you" The guy behind the front desk said in a voice that was just a bit too cheery for so early. Katsuki looked at the guy for a moment, his nose was angular and pointed and his bright orange hair clashed with his blue/gray eyes. "I know where I'm going," Katsuki growled as he walked over and hit the button on the elevator. "Alright sir, have a goo..." the guy cut himself off when he actually looked at Katsuki. "OMG! You... your Katsuki Bakugo the model?" The guy said more as a question than a statement. "Yeah and" Katsuki scoffed. Why is the damn elevator so fucking slow Katsuki thought. He really didn't want to deal with the desk guy. "You're married to Izuku Midoriya! You're so lucky" The guy said with excitement clear in his voice. He flipped a few pages in the magazine he had in front of him that Katsuki hadn't even noticed. The orange head lifted the magazine and there he was on the page. Izuku decked out in a white armani suit with a dark green under shirt and tie. The jacket of the suit tossed over one shoulder and Izuku's hundred watt smile beaming off the page.

A sharp pain entered Katsukis heart, he may never get to see that smile in person ever again after what he had done. *DING* Just as Katsuki was about to reply to the desk guy the elevator doors opened. Katsuki stepped inside glad to be away from the perky desk guy and photo of his husband. According to the address in Katsuki's phone, the Iida's lived on the eight floor in apartment D. He hit the button for the correct floor then leaned back against the wall. His head and chest were hurting like crazy and all he hoped was that Izuku was here and would accept his apology and come home. Once the elevator made it to the floor Katsuki exited and began searching the halls for apartment D. When he found it he took a deep breath and banged on the door loud and hard.

*BAM BAM BAM*

He then stood and waited listening to see if he could hear anything. Five minutes passed and he hadn't heard any noise from behind the door and no one answered. So he knocked again.

*BAM BAM BAM*

Again he waited and listened, another few minutes and nothing. He was getting very angry at being ignored.

*BAM BAM BAM*

"GOD DAMMIT, PINK CHEEK, FOUR EYES OPEN THIS DAM DOOR AND GIVE ME IZUKU!" Katsuki screamed at the door. The sound of a door opening and closing was heard. "Excuse Me young man" Katsuki looked over from the door to apartment D. A small elderly woman with a small yorkie on a leash was standing in the hallway looking at him. "What old hag?" Katsuki questioned the woman. The little dog growled at katsuki "huh rude." the woman said before shaking a finger at the tall blond. "I was going to tell you that the Iida's are not home. They went on a vacation and won't be back for a few more days" The little old lady said to him. "Fuck" Katsuki ground his teeth. "Thanks old hag" he said before turning and heading back to the elevator. Katsuki made his way back down and out of the apartment as fast as his legs would carry him, not wanting to be stopped by the desk guy again. Once back in his truck he punched the dashboard, he was frustrated and worried. Where could his Izuku be and how badly was he hurt? Flashes of the time when Izuku's ribs had been broken flashed through his mind, Katsuki had been the cause of that as well. "FUCK" he screamed, his hands going up and yanking on his own hair, tears pooling in his eyes.
