Katsuki growled, waking up ever so slightly, his head felt like someone took a sledge hammer to it. The light coming through his window was causing him more pain and he hasn't even opened his eyes. His body was sore and aches all over, as he went to stretch he felt something next to him on both sides. Slowly he opened his eyes letting them adjust to the blinking light. Katsuki turned his head to find a mob of green hair on the pillow next to him. For just a moment his heart sped thinking his husband had come home to him finally. That's when he looked further down at the body, it wasn't his Izuku, it was a naked woman with big boobs. He looked to the person on his left to find a blue haired man also naked. Fuck what the hell, he thought. Katsuki slowly as to not wake the naked people in his bed gets up and heads into his bathroom. In the bathroom he turns on the showere then gets some painkillers from the cabinet. He swallows the pills then gets in the shower, his mind wondering to his missing husband. Tears fill his eyes as memories of what he did the night Izuku left flash across his now tear filled eyes. His heart and soul are filled with regret and guilt, he really didn't blame Izuku. That's when the memory of yesterday came to the forefront of his mind. The strange black haired man that had showed up and gave him a large envelope, containing divorce papers filled by his love Izuku. Katsuki had been so upset and angry when he looked at them. Katsuki shook the thoughts from his head before finishing his shower quickly.

Leaving his bathroom back to his bedroom Katsuki noticed all the discarded clothing on his floor and scoffed. He quickly dressed in black sweets and a matching tank top. He began gathering all the clothes he knew belonged to the naked people in his bed. "OI WAKE THE FUCK UP" Katsuki yelled at the two, tossing their clothing at them. He used his foot to nudge the woman as she was closest to him. "HURRY THE HELL UP!" he yelled again. The two stirred and eventually sat up in the bed. "Mmm morning handsome." the woman said in a sultry voice. Katsuki rolled his eyes "Shut it, get dressed and get the FUCK out of my house." he stated flatly a scowl on his face. "Wow! Rude much?" the man said as he looked up at Katsuki. His scowl deepened "You get five minutes, then you go out however you are. Even if that's half naked, so hurry the Fuck up!" Katsuki stated before walking back to his bathroom to brush his teeth.

Once Katsuki had gotten rid of the extras who shared his bed that night he went to his kitchen, making coffee. He took his cup to the living area and plopped down onto the couch. He sipped from the steaming cup in his hands just staring down at the large manila envelope on his table. With a sigh he picked up the envelope, he first noticed the signet in the corner which was a large filigree I and the words Ingenium law offices. So he got his friend to work up the papers for him, Katsuki thought. His full name and address were also scrawled across the front of the envelope. Katsuki placed his cup down and ran a hand through his disheveled blond hair before pulling a stack of papers from inside. He slowly began to read over the documents.

Izuku wasn't asking for much, he would keep his car and Katsuki would keep his truck and motorcycle. Next was all the art, furniture, and other belongings from their home. The only thing Izuku wanted was his art supplies, and all of his books from the small library/office they had Katsuki could keep and with the rest what he pleased. Lastly was the condo itself, here Katsuki had to make a choice, the condo would be appraised to assess its value. Then at Katsuki's choice he could pay Izuku exactly half of that value, or the condo could be put up for sale and when it sold they would split the proceeds. In truth it was more than far on Izuku's part, Katsuki was getting the better end of the deal. Katsuki scoffed, throwing the papers down on the table and downing the rest of his coffee. He would not be signing those papers. He needed to get a lawyer and maybe try to win his husband back. He also needed someone to vent to about what was happening, so he decided to visit his friends, the riots but that would have to wait till Monday.
