Izuku woke to the sound of his wonderful boyfriend's voice. "Izzy, you gotta wake up baby boy." Eijiro coos softly to his little lover. Izuku moaned before stretching and opening his eyes. "Morning, Ei. Love you." the green bean whispered out. "You have an hour to get ready, babe. Then we have to go." the red head told him. "Kay!" Izuku said and sat up. It was the day of his doctor's appointment, and the first time Eijiro would be going with him. He had gone alone the first time and Himiko went with him the second time. Izuku was so glad that Eijiro was back not only did he miss him but he brought a sense of comfort and safety to the greenette that he didn't understand sometimes. Izuku got out of bed, took as fast a shower possible with a stomach the size of the moon. At least that's how the small male felt some time, when he looked into his full body mirror he compared himself to a toothpick with a cheerio glued to its middle. He got dressed in one of the many extra large leggings and hoodies he had recently purchased as even his boyfriends' sweats and hoodies no longer fit him comfortably.

After a quick breakfast the two men got in Izuku's car and drove to his doctor's office. They checked in and waited ten minutes before being called back. Once in the exam room, Izuku introduced Eijiro to the nurse he had had at every visit, Daichi. The two sat and waited for Izuku's aunt, and doctor to enter the room.

"Well, well, well, Is this finally the elusive Eijiro Kirishima I've been told so much about?" Chiyo asked. Izuku just blushed. Eijiro stood from his seat and shook the woman's hand. "Yeah that's me. So Izzy talks about me?" the redhead asked, sending a smirk at his boyfriend. "Oh not just him. Inko and Toshinori are quite fond of you as well. I've even met your mothers." the gray haired doctor told the red head. "Wha... How?" Eijiro was surprised by this information. Chiyo chuckled at the man's response. "They were with Inko when I ran into her about a month ago. Something about baby shower shopping." the small woman replied. Eijiro just nodded in understanding, he had known that his two moms had joined Izuku's mom in planning the baby shower.

"Alright shall we get to this, bug?" Chiyo asked, turning her attention to her green eyed nephew. "Give me a second, please?" Eijiro asked. The red head pulled out his phone, sent a quick text to a group chat he had created that morning informing everyone, and I mean everyone that it was about to start. He then opened a live stream and was joined by fourteen other people in a matter of seconds. "OK, we're ready." Eijiro told the doctor and turned his phone to face her and Izuku. "Alright?" the gray haired doctor replied with a raised eyebrow. Izuku giggled. "Say hi to mom and everyone, auntie." Izuku said, pointing to the phone Eijiro held. Chiyo now understood what was happening. "Um, hi." the short woman said with a small wave. "Anyway bug, according to my records you've gained thirty two pounds since your first visit, which is perfect. With a twin pregnancy you should gain about one and a half to two pounds a week, so you're right on track." Doctor Shuzenji, told them. "So what you're saying is I'm supposed to be the size of a baby elephant?" Izuku replied sarcastically. Eijiro chuckled. "Baby, you are not that big. Besides, you're beautiful no matter what." The red head told his love. Izuku just rolled his eyes at his boyfriend. "And your bias." came the greenette's reply. "Maybe I am." Eijiro replied, leaning in and placing a soft kiss on Izuku's lips.

The two were brought out of their reverie by the sound of a throat being cleared. "If you two are done, can we continue?" the doctor asked. "Haha, yeah sorry auntie." the green haired man spoke. "I'm going to assume you want to reveal the genders, if the little ones are in the right positions?" Doctor Chiyo asked. "Yep, that's why Eiji has the live feed going so I don't have to tell everyone, they will already know." Izuku told her.

"Well then let's get to it then. You know what to do, bug." the gray haired woman said. Izuku nodded, then pulled his shirt up revealing his baby belly. His pants were already pushed down under his tummy for comfort. Doctor Shuzenji moved the monitor of the sonogram so that Izuku, Eijiro, and everyone could see it. "Alright here we go people. Will it be two boys, two girls, or one of each? Make your guesses." Eijiro said into the live stream. The chat began to blow up as the watchers began to make a choice as to what they thought the outcome would be. Izuku and Chiyo both laughed. "It's gonna be cold, remember?" Chiyo said just before squirting the jelly-like substance on the greenette's stomach. A slight shiver went through Izuku, but he just smiled. The short woman moved the wand over the green haired males exposed s tummy. "Looks good." she said. "There are all four baby feet." Chiyo said as she pointed out the feet to Izuku and the many people watching the live feed. The gray haired doctor moved the wand around a bit more and stopped. She hit a few buttons on the keyboard attached to the monitor, and the picture froze. "Well look at that. We've been mooned." Doctor Shuzenji said. "And that also gives us the perfect look at their parts. Izuku my little bug, you are having one boy, and one girl." Chiyo said, pointing to each baby on the screen as she spoke. 

"Woohoo! We are getting a little prince, and princess." Eijiro hollered, with the biggest toothyest smile. Izuku was so very happy. "I love you Izuku, thank you for allowing me to be a part of not only your life but there's as well." the red head said, then kissing the smaller man on his forehead. "I love you too Eijiro. Thank you for loving me and... our babies. I'll be with you from this day until forever." Izuku replied. The two shared a loving kiss.

The doctor chuckled, before handing Izuku some tissue to clean the goo off his stomach. "Well you love birds can go. I'll see you again in two months, ok bug." Chiyo told him, then left the room. Izuku fixed his clothing, Eijiro ended the live feed and the two headed home.
