Two more weeks had gone by at a snail's pace, or at least that's how it seemed to Izuku. He had done his last photo shoot just yesterday, and Shoto was planning to announce his year long sabbatical as he called it in a few days. It was now July twenty ninth and in two days Izuku would be precisely three months along in his pregnancy. The green haired man had opted not to get dressed today; he didn't really feel like it. He was currently laying in his bed, eyes closed, one hand running across the small but noticeable bulge on his once flat stomach. Izuku's mind was elsewhere, wondering what his absent boyfriend was up to at that exact moment. His mind drifted as he imagined Eijiro's strong arms wrapped around him holding him tight. Other images filled his mind, images of the two of them the night they spent in the hotel room. A soft smile graced Izuku's lips as he pictured his lover's lips on his own.

The greenette was brought out of his daydream by a knock on his door. "Come in." he called, already knowing who it was. The blonde woman who was his house mate, friend, and companion opened the door and entered the room. "Izu, what? Why are you not ready?" Himiko asked, giving him a look of confusion. "Hmm, I didn't feel like getting up. Thought I'd just lounge in my pj's all day." the green haired male said to her. The blonde sighed, internally face palming. "You forgot, didn't you? Get up and get dressed. Your doctor's appointment is in like an hour." the blonde told him. Izuku looked at her confused for a moment before the memory came back to him. "Crap I did forget." he said as he quickly sat up and jumped out of bed. "Well then I guess it's a good thing I remembered." Himiko giggled as her green eyed friend rushed into his bathroom. "Thanks Himi, I don't know what I'd do without you. I'll meet you downstairs in like ten." Izuku called through the closed bathroom door.

Izuku rushed to wash his face and brush his teeth, before exiting the room and hurrying to his closet. He grabbed an orange shirt, then a pair of black shorts from his dresser. He dressed at lightning speed grabbing his brush and running it through his curls. Once all that was finished he pocketed his phone and wallet, then ran down the stairs. Himiko was waiting for him by the door. Once he made it down, she held his keys in her hand. "Wow, that was fast." the woman said, handing him his keys. The two exited the house, locking the door behind them, they piled into Izuku's car and were on their way.

They made it to doctor Shuzenji's office fifteen minutes before Izuku's appointment. After parking they ran inside. Izuku checked in at the reception desk and they were told to have a seat and they would be called back in just a few minutes. The greenette and blondie were only seated in the waiting area for five minutes before Daichi doctor Shuzenji's nurse came out and called them. The nurse led them into the back down a short hall to the open door of a room. "Your friend can wait in here, while I take you to get weighed and your vitals." Daichi said to them. "Oh alright" Himiko said, entering the room and sitting in a chair along the wall. "Follow me please." the nurse said to Izuku. Daichi took Izuku's further down the hall to a little area where the greenette was weighed, and had his pulse, and blood pressure was taken. The nurse jotted down the results on a laptop that was set up in the room. Izuku was then taken back to the room Himiko was in and instructed to sit on the exam bed in the room. "Doctor Shuzenji will be with you in just a few minutes." the nurse said before walking out and shutting the door behind him.

The two friends chatted away about what they should do for the rest of the day as they waited on the doctor. Ten minutes passed when a short gray haired woman walked in followed by the same nurse pushing a sonogram machine. The male nurse got to work setting up the equipment while the doctor looked over Izuku's vitals from the laptop in the room. "Well good morning bug. Who's your friend?" the doctor asked. "Morning auntie, this is my friend Himiko. She's gonna record my appointment if that's ok?" Izuku asked Chiyo. "Yeah sure that's fine if that's what you want, bug. Nice to meet you, Himiko. I'm doctor Chiyo Shuzenji." the doctor introduced herself since Izuku hadn't, holding out her hand to the blond woman. "Nice to meet you. Izuku's told me all about you." Himiko said, shaking the short older woman's hand. "Well let's get down to this then." Chiyo said, noticing that Daichi had finished setting things up. Izuku pulled out his phone, unlocked it and handed it to Himiko. She smiled at him and went to the photo app and started recording. "How have you been feeling Izuku my boy? Is the morning sickness getting any better?" Chiyo asked, having gone into doctor mode. "Oh I feel just fine. I haven't gotten sick in awhile, but some smells still make me nauseous. And I've been eating really weird things. Is that normal?" the greenette asked. "Yes, it's perfectly normal to have strange food cravings. So it looks like everything is going well. Your blood pressure and pulse are in the normal range, and you've gained almost five pounds. That's all normal." the doctor told him. "That's good. Should I have a bulge in my stomach already?" Izuku asked her. "As small and skinny as you are, I would think yes." came the doctor's reply. All the time they talked Himiko kept moving the focus from one to the other as each spoke. Doctor Shuzenji had been prepping the machine and getting it all ready to work as she spoke.

"Alright bug, shall we take a look at the baby?" the gray haired lady said with a big smile. Izuku nodded. "Can you lift your shirt and unbutton your pants for me?" Chiyo asked, a tube of jelly in her hand. Izuku did as she asked, folding his shirt up and unbuttoning his shorts, rolling the edges down to reveal his little bulge. "Now this is gonna be cold at first but it'll warm up quick." the doctor said as she squirted the jelly on his stomach. A small shiver went through the greenette at the chill. Himiko was now training the phone on Izuku's exposed flesh of his belly as the doctor moved the ultrasound wand over it. All of a sudden the wand stopped moving on Izuku's stomach and doctor Shuzenji gasped. This concerned not only Izuku but Himiko as well. "What!? Is something wrong with my baby?" Izuku questions, he was trying to sit up so he could see the monitor. "Heh, sorry bug. Nothing is wrong, I just saw something I wasn't expecting." Chiyo said. She turned the monitor tword's Izuku so he could see, Himiko had the phone now trained on the screen as well. Chiyo then used her free hand to point out what was clearly now visible on the screen. "You're having twins, bug." The older woman said happily, pointing out each baby on the monitor. 

"Tw... twins? There... There are two babies in there?" Izuku was dumbfounded. Would this change how Eijiro felt, he was ok with one but two babies. "Holy shit Izu, you got two little people growing inside you. That's so awesome!" Himiko exclaimed. This brought Izuku out of his thoughts and back to reality. "I'm gonna have two babies." the green eyed man said with a happy smile, tears filled his eyes. The doctor hit a button printing out a copy of the screen, then removed the wand from his stomach. She then passed him some tissue to clean the jelly off his stomach. "Your mom and that idiot cousin of mine are gonna be so excited." Chiyo said to him, as she handed him the photo. "Both babies are healthy and you don't seem to be having any issues, so let's make you another appointment for at five months. We should be able to find out the genders then if they are cooperative." doctor Shuzenji explained. Izuku was still in too much of a daze to comprehend what she was saying. With Himiko's help he fixed his clothing, made the next appointment and the two left the office.
