~Real World~

I loudly gasp awake and look around; once seeing I'm back in the hospital, I sigh in relief and sink into my chair more. "What a dream..." I sigh as I put a hand on my forehead, "it was too realistic." I freeze when I hear movement coming from Naruto's hospital bed, I creak my head in his direction and see Naruto slowly open his eyes as he starts to sit up a little.

"My head..." He groans, "what was that dream?.." He then tenses up and jumps out of bed, "I have to check on Natsuna-!" He tumbles forwards, but I catch him in time. "Naruto?" I say, looking down at him in disbelief, "you're....you're awake?" Naruto looks up at me and has the same look on his face as mine.

"Natsuna!" He yells out as tears slide down his face, "you're safe!" Naruto wraps his arms around me and squeezes like a snake, "I had this terrible nightmare! It was like it was in a never-ending loop! And out of nowhere, you showed up and saved me!" A never-ending nightmare? So, the whole time he was out, he was experiencing this pain constantly?

"Wait, if I can get you out of that nightmare, that must mean I can get Sai and Captain Yamato out too!" I say as I look down the room, "You think it'll work?" Naruto says as he looks at me walks to Sai's bed; I sit on the edge and grab Sai's wrist before putting his hand on my forehead, "worth a shot at least," I say.

~30 minutes later~

Not long after getting Yamato and Sai out of their nightmares, Lady Tsunade and Shizune walk in; I sat on the couch a little exhausted. "From what I could tell," I say a little dizzy, "Sasuke put all three of them in a deep genjutsu where they all experience their fear every moment. Naruto was about when he was being mistreated as a child. Sai was about seeing his brother die, and he was stuck in this empty black room. And Captain Yamato was him not being needed by anyone anymore."

Lady Tsunade rubs her chin a little, "even though many genjutsu's do end up doing that to their victims; I have never seen one last this long on three people at once." I rub my eyes a bit and slump on the couch, "I think I got to free them because I used my chakra, and I guess that caused a disruption? Then again, it's just a hunch of mine."

Lady Tsunade hands me a glass of water, "you did well," she says as she pats my head, "you saved your team." I smile a little and take a sip of water, "so, does that mean we get to go back on missions?" Lady Shizune takes the wet towel of Captain Yamato's head, "not yet," she says, "Naruto, Sai, and Yamato have lost a little weight and muscle during their time here. We need to run some tests and see if they're well enough to leave the hospital."

The door slides open, and Kakashi sensei stands with a basket of fruit, "oh?" He says, "everyone woke up? And Natsuna is walking again?" I wave at him, "hi, sensei," I say, "what's with the basket?" Kakashi Sensei walks in and shuts the door behind him, "Oh, these? Well, the nurses usually take them and feed it down a tube for all three of them."

I hold my neck a little and rub it, thank goodness I haven't had a tube down my esophagus. Kakashi sensei sets the basket down and lightly tosses an apple to me, "have one," he says, "I doubt they'll much use now." I catch the fruit with one hand and bite it, "thanks, Kakashi sensei!" I say after swallowing the piece in my mouth.

"Now that Kakashi is here," Lady Tsunade says, "Natsuna, how do you feel about going back on missions?" I jump up in my seat and nearly choke on an apple piece, "calm down!" Lady Tsunade says as she pats my back hard, "you can go back on missions only after you can walk normally again."

I fan myself a little and throw away the core of the apple in a trash bin, "easy," I say as I wipe my mouth, "I've done it before in less than three days. So I can go on a mission tomorrow!" Lady Tsunade then flicks my forehead, "what the hell did you do when you were away?" She says with an angry sigh, "I'm going to talk with Jiraiya one of these days, I swear..."
