"Where next?"
Xiao asked, Ganyu looked over the list.
"We need to go to the land of salt."
Xiao growled under his breath, "This is taking too long. If the mortal suffers anymore someone will pay."
Ganyu gulped, glancing over the list once more.
"We need one teaspoon of the salt."
Xiao clenched his fists.
"You get the ingredients at Sal Terrae. I'll get the other ingredients."
Ganyu nodded, "The other ingredient is at Guyun stone forest, but-"
Xiao teleported away before she could complete what she was to say.
"But- there's an army of ruin guards."
Ganyu completed her sentence.

"Useless mortal. You dare to put yourself near me, putting you in danger...why didn't you tell me?"
Xiao complained.
His voice slowly began to forfeit itself.
Xiao walked through the islands.
The once-massive spears had turned to stone, Xiao observed the surrounding hilichurls.
He started walking towards the middle of a field of broken ruin guards.
He caught sight of Qingxin that sat atop a peak. The flower is used to create medical treatments.
Xiao began to climb to the top.
Later on, he reached the top of the peak, gazing over the land.

~Flashback~
"Hey, Xiao!"
Aether greeted Xiao, holding a plate of almond tofu.
"Traveler, what is it you are pestering me for?"
Xiao asked a bit demanding.
"Well, I was hoping you'd join me on my adventures!"
Aether held out the plate of almond tofu.
"This is for you!"
He explained, Xiao took the plate of tofu.
"No, but since you have offered tofu. I will accept your mortal-made dish."
Aether laughed.
"It's okay, I know you have to look over Liyue."
The traveler giggled, Xiao stared at him in confusion. Shoving a piece of tofu into his mouth.

"Traveler this is for you."
Xiao handed the traveler a plate of almond tofu and crystal cores.
"What?! Why? It's your birthday after all!!"
Aether argued.
"There was nothing for me to do today. So I decided I would find a crystalfly for you- to- uh- put in your hair. I thought that...It would look nice."
Xiao explained, continuing of what his thoughts were on the crystalflies.
Aether laughed softly.
"Thanks a lot, Xiao! Happy birthday."
