Alisa and her friends raced off the bus and ran into the cabins. Kelly, Alisa, Elizabeth, Janet and Annabele shared a cabin.
At night
"Psst!" Alisa whispered to Annabele.
"What!" Annabele breathed back.
"Well, I want to know what your power is."
"Um- I- I am a Keine." She twitched. "But I can't really show you my power."
"Tell me!"
"No! Go to sleep."
Alisa couldn't sleep. She twisted and turned in her bed. Thoughts flooded into her mind. Is she a Keine? Why is she shy? Does William know her powers? She does act and look like a Keine, but maybe her power is only used in special occasions?
Not one clue came to her mind.
BANG. CLASH. GLASS SHATTERED. LOUD SCREAMS.
Alisa sat up and fire lit up on her hand.
"Alisa! Kelly!" Elizabeth screamed.
"Get outta this cabin now!" Annabele yelled.
"Quick!" Alisa panicked.
All Alisa could hear was glass shattering, people screaming, and guns shooting.
Everyone huddled outside on the field, their faces filled with tears.
Alisa and her friends huddled together while Alisa lit up fire from her hand. She tried to make it bigger to keep everybody warm, but it doesn't get bigger than the size of an basketball.
Suddenly a huge shadow arched over everybody, demolishing the light from the stars. It covered everyone like a black cape. Alisa tried and tried to get her fire bigger, until the fire turned into a big long rope and she couldn't control it. The fire swished around, nearly burning everyone's head off, but once she got control of it she swung her arm, letting the fire attack the monstrous shadow. Her hand and arm strained but she kept it going. She was furious about that black cape.
Then suddenly Janet grabbed Alisa's wrist, and the fire turned into giant ceiling which blocked the monster from attacking the teens with darkness.
"Janet! Keep holding my wrist!" Alisa yelled.
The light crept up and up, burning every bit of the cape down. The light was slow, and the shadow kept pushing the light back towards the ground. But she pushed harder and harder.
One thought came into Alisa's mind. The thought about each time Cathy had bullied her and beaten her. She couldn't stop. She had to fight for herself as who she is. More and fumed inside her as more power came shooting out of her palm.
Don't give up! William's voice swarmed around her head.
Alisa had to stand up. She was the only one with the power that can beat down this monstrosity.
Pfft! You can't even stand up for yourself. Count yourself special, fire girl. Stupid Keines don't deserve to live. Just give up. The thought of Cathy bullying her got even stronger. Tears poured down her cheeks.
"Keep holding on to me!" Alisa yelled at Janet. "I CANNOT LET THE ENEMIES WIN!"
Then at that moment. The girl of Fire and Light grew stronger and stronger. Her fire flew across the sky, lighting up the universe. The shadow shrivelled up. Alisa won.
The stars brought the dim light back to the Earth again. Alisa collapsed while the power seeped back into her body again. Her vision was foggy and she couldn't stand up.
"You alright?" A girl asked.
"That was amazing!" A few of the people cheered.
Alisa got up and felt a little dizzy and sick. But she laughed and smiled with the others. The teachers thought it would be too dangerous for them to go back to the cabins, so they decided to take all the teens to the large hall to shelter.
MORE GUN SHOOTING. MORE SCREAMING. MORE LOUD NOISES.
Alisa was sick of it.
"Why. Why does people hate Keines so much?" She thought.
Because we are unusual and people hate other unusual people, such as Keines. William replied
How the- Alisa was stunned

Ok.

You were amazing under the black cape. You beat down it down within ten minutes.
It felt like a decade.
Better watch out for the WICO people.

WICO. World in Catastrophe Organisation. They will kill all Keines, because they think it is right to have Keines all executed for no reason.
All right.
And there was silence.
MORE SHOOTING, MORE SCREAMING. MORE LOUD NOISES.
