After coming from another failed mission of retrieving Sasuke Uchiha, and yet recieving another earful from Sakura Haruno, his one sided crush, Naruto thinks that it is enough. After a much needed self-analysis, Naruto decides to let go of his crush...
After eating a heart content healthy meal, Naruto went with Tsunade and recieved his official chunnin vest and pass, along with a premium pass to library at his request from Tsunade allowing him to have the entire library at his disposal. Naruto went to visit the cloth shop, at the order of Tsunade and special request of Shizune to get out of the orange jumpsuit and for once wear decent clothung to attract less attention and look like an actual ninja.
After selecting a five white, orange, red, grey and black plain tshirts he went on to buy 10 black and white hoodies with 5 new anbu black pants. Pleased with his selection, he paid the shopkeeper, wishing her a good day and went ahead with his day. After stocking everything in his house, he put on his new attire, disregarding the old one, he grabbed his chunnin ID along with library card, locked his house and started going towards the library, while his brain analysising the books he needed.

{NARUTO"S NEW LOOK WITHOUT CAP}
Once he reached the library, he showed his ID to the librarian and asked him to show him the section for Shinobi. The kind hearted lady showed him while complementing about his looks, something Naruto was a bit embarrassed about. After a good small talk, the lady bided Naruto fair well and good luck and headed out. Naruto then looked around him, analysing the library.
The library was a okay according to him, but the books rather looked a bit dusty. Naruto, laughing as not many shinobi come here, made 20 clones and told them to start searching for books on the topics he knew he was weak on.
-------MEANWHILE AT TSUNADE'S OFFICE---------
A sweatdropping Sakura and Shizune along with a relaxed Sai stood in front of an angry Tsunade. Why was Tsunade's anger risen? Because a certain closet pervert copy ninja was running 30 minutes late. "ANBU BRING HERE KAKASHI HATAKE IN TWO MINUTES OR I'M KILLING ALL OF YOU" ,shouted an angry Tsunade leaking with KI. Two minutes later Kakashi entered and stood with his team, while the Sakura being the banshee she is yelled at her sensei for being late and gave everyone a minor headache, while leaving Tsunade and Shizune thinking how did Naruto bear with such a team.
Tsunade having enough called for some order that resulted in flinging her chair out of window, but had pindrop silence. Proud with herself, she started, "Now that we have some order, I have called you guys to inform something of good importance. I'm changing one of your team member."
Hearing this Sakura grew excited as she thought that Sai was being replaced. Sai and Kakashi did not pay much heed to this as they did not care much. However the next statement was a shock to the members as Tsunade said ,"Naruto has dropped out of Team 7 and Team Kakashi and is now a lone chunnin and will help the teams of Konoha in case of a missing member expect his ex-team but will not will a part of a team."
At this both Sakura and Kakashi's eye's widened as they both said the same thing, "You're kidding right?" "No, what do you think. This was bound to happen. I have seen the reports. Not only was he neglected from his training like a normal genin should have recieved, but also was bad mouthed. I have finalised all the things and made him sign everything to ensure that you guys by no hook or crook make him come back. He is finally acting grown up and mature and I do not want any of you to bother him. I have asked him to report to me daily and have given him the permission to pull out warrants for you if you hurt him in any physical or mental way possible." was Tsunade reply with a glare towards Team Kakashi.
