I really wasn't planning to update today but shit happened and I somehow miraculously decided to comfort myself by updating. I guess I'm just excited for the upcoming chapters hihi I initially thought I should post all of it today but nahh I realized people don't really like multiple updates soooo maybe max 2? HAHA okay bye loveliesss see ya mwa!

JUNGKOOK

"There! there! I think that's the alley. Kai hyung said it was beside a drinking bar" Jimin hyung exclaimed, pointing towards an alley beside a waiting shed. We're actually checking out this new hotpot restaurant that his friends recommended him to try but because of our schedules he couldn't go with them at that time.

"You sure, hyung?" I asked him, already looking for a space to park.

"Yup"

I just internally nodded and made a quick way to a spot I found. It looked like a safe parking spot so I opted to leave my Audi there.

The walk to the actual restaurant took quite some time 'coz Jimin hyung forgot the name and turns out there are a lot of restaurants that sell hotpot out here.

After confirming with Kai hyung, we finally found the restaurant. It was a small classy Chinese restaurant. We must've arrived way past its busy hours because there were only two occupied tables on both sides when we arrived.

"Is it normally this empty? Are you sure this place is even good?"

Jimin hyung replied, "Not sure. Taemin hyung did mention that this one was on the more expensive side so yea it's not everyone's go-to of course"

ohh okay.. it's better this way anyway, we just want to eat peacefully right now

We were guided by a staff towards a table near the louder side of the restaurant. Agh I would've chosen to sit on the other side tho, that couple seems unproblematic and silent.

As soon as the staff finished taking our orders, Jimin hyung excused himself for a while to take a piss. I decided to entertain myself with my phone but the next table behind me is really grabbing all my attention. They're loud af

You should've seen the face of Bambam when I showed up at his apartment earlier, Lis. It was priceless!

Lis?? It's not Lisa right? But Bambam was mentioned... what are the odds.

They were laughing out loud and I can't help but spot familiar voices especially the girl's voice.

Hyung! c'mon man! you can't blame me! You never told me you were coming so I thought you were some ghost!

Yup, that mix korean english tone is surely Bambam's. we may not be that close but I'd know.

The girl then spoke in a different language then added, Ghosts don't knock, Bam!

Hmm, she really sounds different when she speaks thai and english. 

"What are you doing?"

I sat up straight as soon as I heard Jimin hyung's voice.

He looked over at the next table before sitting down, eyeing me suspiciously. "Since when were you the type to eavesdrop on other people's conversations?"

I quickly dismissed him, saying it was just his own intuitions. He persisted and further asked, "Who are they? You know them?"

I was about to respond when the staff came with our orders so the topic was immediately dropped. Thank god.

We were immersed in conversation with Jimin hyung when I noticed someone pass by on our left, heading out.

That must be either Bambam or that other guy. Please let it be the other guy

I craned by neck subtly to hear them more clearly.

I don't understand why he tagged along if he knew he had some appointment tonight

ugh ikr. I gave up trying to understand Bambam a long time ago, Oppa.
