CHAPTER-10 INNATE TALENT

After the class Kai and other three went to academy campus to talk. This reunion of Kai and Sera left Ria and Tony little lose specially when Sera said 'what happened to empire' and what she thought happen to Kai.

When they reach campus Ria was no longer able to control and asked "now will you tell us how do you two know each others and what that talk about empire and all".

Sera looked at Kai, definitely it is not something she should decide after all this matter concerns Kai most.

Kai said "actually I and sera belongs to another empire you might have heard of it, the recently fallen rudra empire in west. Our families used to live there, Sera and her mother leaved the empire two years ago after her father's death" as he talk till here he glance at Sera, he still remember how much she cried that day. After these two years her emotions seems to be little stable even though her eyes still moisted whenever she remember it but she is not crying at least.

"Sera's grandparents lives in this city so they came here. Whereas my parents were the nobles of rudra empire and.... They died in the war six month ago" there is a lost look in his eyes as he say till here because he don't know if they really died or been captured.

"Our family has powerful influence on whole of the empire so the Gama Empire empire target us and wanted to finish our lineage but my parents sent me with their subordinate to leave the empire, I lost my consciousness in way and don't know how but when I wake up I was alone in a deep forest on the western side of this empire" Kai didn't told them the fact that his family was a royal family and he was a crown prince as even though they has become friends but he only knows them for only two days.

As Tony and Ria listen to his story their view about him can't help but change, they don't pity him but admire him. They can't imagine what would they had do if they were in his place and suddenly found themselves alone deep in an unknown forest, but Kai not only able to got out of his situation but even able to live pass these six month independently and even make it till here. Even though a soul fighter he is but just an eleven years old kid.

"Now talking about past is useless I just want to become strong quickly and get revenge for my parents!, one day I will definitely free my empire from those bastards from Gama!" Kai make a tight grip as he said the last sentence there is only determination in his eyes, he is not a normal kid but a crown prince and he has to bear this responsibility on his shoulders.

One week later.

In this whole week Kai and all the new students focus on increasing their cultivation and preparing for the test that happen every year exclusively for new first year students.

Kai has already become level two student  by his fourth day and has completed three, level 3 missions which gave him thirty four points. Now even second and third year students has become worried because he is decreasing the number of available missions everyday.

In this time Kai and Tony become very good friends, they has occasionally spar in these days but every time Kai wins by his unique kind of combo skills he has also grasp Tony's weakness which is speed. After losing to Kai for so many times Tony can't help but look at him in different light.

Regarding the quality Tony's Brown Vajra Bear is stronger than Kai's Martial Soul as it focus on the combat strength while Kai's is control type and is better for group battle, and Tony has even reached level 30 but he still can't beat Kai this also make Tony to admire him even more.

On the other side Ria also get the same result again Sera who's cultivation is even a little higher than Kai's. She just two days ago reached level 33 and surpass Kai in soul power as her natural talent is greater than him.

When a person's Martial Soul awake they also awake soul power which range from 0 - 10. 0 means no soul power and the person can't become a soul wielder and their Martial Soul will be no different than a Normal tools, they might able to raise their level but can never break level 9 limit.

On the other hand level 10 means innate full soul power, and that genius person which awake with innate full soul power is destine to become a strong soup wielder. Kai's soul power awake at just level six even a level lower than his mother's level seven innate power, while his father was a genius with full innate soul power.

This caused a debate in the royal family, because first of all Kai didn't has the main Martial Soul of royal family, the heavenly wind dragon and his innate power is also low. Some people even question weather he is really Pavan's son but no one deny the birth mark on his.
Nobles were dissatisfied with such a crown Prince who don't have any potential to reach the saint level. Innate soul power also describe a person's potential and his cultivation speed, level six awakening means that the person will only be able to reach level 30 when at the age of thirteen even with the support of many resources.

But everyone was left shocked when Kai increased his soul power more than four levels in just a single year and reached level ten. This was his unwavering will power and what was even more was his talent in combat which left all the nobles in awe and had to accept him as the crown prince.

On the other hand Sera's Martial Soul is a strong variation between her mother's Ice frost staff and her father's eternal wind spear, The Eternal Ice Spear and awake level nine innate soul power.

The only thing that give advantage Kai over Sera is his age, he is eight months older than her and has almost reached level nine when her Martial Soul awake.
