Plot:

Following the frustrated Singer x Dancer saga, Zhang Zhehan and Gong Jun officially make their duo debut live on stage.

With some fluff and chaos.

Author's POV:

This day was probably going to be one of the most either unforgettable days in the lives of two of the hottest actors in the industry or the most embarrassing day for them in history.

They have been dared to perform as a duo after they lost a battle at Happy Camp.

Well, Zhehan and Simon being the little competitive shits that they are, have accepted defeat and vowed to give the greatest act that the whole china has ever seen (well pardon the exaggeration, but whatever floats their boat).

The two have actually managed to take their practice sessions quite seriously (well minus the occasional making outs and the rough action mostly on the studio floor, well we don't need to dive into much deeper details, I'm pretty sure it's self explanatory... well let the visible marks do the talking hehe).

Well, let's go onto their present state in their dressing room, currently located on a makeup table or something,with Zhehan's legs wrapped around Simon's waist as he kisses his neck not caring if he's going to leave fresh marks.

Moments later, as Zhehan's moans got louder, he felt Simon's lips on his own as they began to kiss roughly,and Zhehan reaching for the buttons of his lover's clothes wanting to undress him when all of a sudden a loud knock was heard from outside their room and they quickly had to fix their disheveled selves.

"Who is it?"Simon stated, almost annoyed because of  being cockblocked and opened the door. 

"This is me sir, Marie, would just like to remind you and Mr. Zhehan that you would be on stage in about 45 minutes.", Simon's assistant said. 

"Thanks so much for the reminder, you may leave now,'' he said as he closed the door quickly. 

"Bao, we should get ourselves fixed, we can continue our business later after the performance, we practiced a lot for today and I don't want to put our efforts into waste. 

“Fine, fine, let me help you with your hair and makeup, but promise me later okay?”, Simon said and pouted. 

Zhehan had then began to approach him and placed a gentle kiss on his forehead. 

“I promise, now let’s go you big baby, help me with my touch ups and I’d help you with yours.”, he said. 

The two have then hurriedly fixed their matching red and blue clothes (i know that you what i'm thinking, the iconic colors hehe), did their makeup retouches, and have done a quick runthrough of their performance. 

When the producers had given them the cue to get ready, the walked out of their room hand in hand as they were handed their bilateral microphones (you know those mics that are placed near the mouth not sure what its called but eh let it be).

“Bao, we can do this, I love you.”, Zhehan whispered and pressed a kiss on Simon’s hand. 

“I love you too baobei.”, Simon replied back as the host had called their names. 

The audience had let out screams as they saw their idols approaching the center stage, and the two had gotten into position with Simon sitting on a stool holding an acoustic guitar and Zhehan on his feet preparing for the music to play. 

Simon gave a cue to the producers and began to play the first chords for the song “Thinking Out Loud” by Ed Sheeran which caused the fans to scream loudly.  

As Simon began to sing along with his strumming, Zhehan had suddenly begun to perform his lyrical interpretative dance number and began circling around his lover. 

Moments later, Zhehan had stopped dancing and removed the guitar from Simon’s hold and the instrumental for the song began to play, and he took his beloved by the hand and brought him towards the stage and placed both of his hands on his shoulders and felt Jun place his own onto his waist and they began ballroom dancing. 

At this rate, the crowd was drawn into a frenzy as they saw the iconic jump scene from the movie called “Dirty Dancing”. 

How did it happen you may ask? Well, Zhehan jumped into the air and Simon was swift enough to catch him and afterwards both had decided to remove their microphones as traded them for a standard one which they both shared as they placed their foreheads together and sang the last lines of the song that goes "Oh baby, we found love right where we are (maybe),and we found love right where we are."

After they have managed to belt out the last line, both of them had hugged each other and to Zhehan's surprise, his lover actually kissed him on the forehead and began to get down on one knee as he began to state: 

"Baobei,I think it's time for me to finally get the courage to ask for your hand in marriage.

You have been with me for quite a long time and if I didn't have the guts to say yes towards the casting call for Shan He Ling, then I wouldn't have been graced with such a beauty like yourself. 

I am deeply sorry for those moments wherein I went too overboard and been annoying you, I only do those because I want to get your attention and I'm pretty sure that you secretly like that too. 

I have decided to propose to you right here at the center stage of the Happy Camp studio because when I saw your episode on this show way back before we were even introduced to one another, you have already captured my heart and I am grateful for having to catch yours. 

I want to show the world that even if singing and or dancing are things which aren't really my forte, I could try as long as I'm with you. 

So would you let me gain the chance to spend the rest of my life with you until our hair turns white and we end up living in peace and harmony just like our characters up on the mountain? (did that bring up those memories?, if it did whoops sorry not sorry, will you become my laopao forever, Zhang Zhehan will you marry me?", he asked as he opened the box that contains a rose gold ring. 

The crowd had been screaming and others have started to breakdown as Zhehan finally answered "Gong Laoshi, you have certainly surprised me and you deserved to be punished (that's for later), but allow me to wear the ring first, I mean yes I would love to spend the rest of my life with you, I love you bao." 

And with that Simon immediately placed the rose gold engagement ring onto his lover's ring finger and pulled him into a deep unexpected kiss that drove the fans wild (there were also a few who fainted due to not being able to handle such a precious event). 

The host had approached them and congratulated them, later on their performance was deemed as the "most splendid, magical, and unbeatable act" there is for television history. 

And after the show had ended, the two newly engaged lovebirds had decided to go home, eat chocolate, and have a passionate night of love making to celebrate. 

Who knew that such a duo would make such a wonderful tale that's certainly one for the books.
