Redamancy: The WenZhou/JunZhe Series

Daylight: (WenZhou)

Basic plot: 

Based on episode 35 of "Word Of Honor"

(Let's just say that this is the fic wherein dense Zhou Zi Shou finally figures out his affections for the Chief Of Ghost Valley) 

Inspired by Taylor Swift's song "Daylight" (my fave track from the "lover" album)

Author's POV: 

The day that was meant to be set as one of the most anticipated event of all has been set up as a tragedy. 

The day that was supposed to be filled with white and freedom has ended with blood red lenses and broken hearts. 

The Ghost Valley Leader had never thought about this moment... the moment when he found himself holding onto the dead body of someone close to his heart.

"I will avenge you, Ah Xiang", he muttered as he gently laid his so-called "younger sister" to rest beside Cao Wei Ning, her betrothed and peaked at their bodies one last time and noticed the red string bracelets that they have placed onto their wrists as a symbol of a bond that would never be broken... afterwards, he hugged them one last time then got up and placed a red cloth all over them before walking away and continuing onto to slain. 

His lunatic aura awoken as he mercilessly killed every enemy that was coming before him, one after the other, he took off their heads, soon he came face to face with the killer. And in one swift motion he let his rage control him as they head onto battle. 

The duel did not last long, as with one single swift and precise motion he had managed to slain him and this time instead of coping the head, he opted to take the heart out... for the whole beating organ did not deserve to beat within the walls of the one that killed his sister. 

He quickly threw the heart out in the open, and headed over towards the nearest tree and laid down, elevating himself as he felt blood gush over from the side of his stomach. 

Once he had settled down, his vision began to feel blurry and he felt blood gushing down from his side (as he was wounded while in battle). 

He was almost going to close his eyes when Scorpion King and his team suddenly appeared, throwing out their spears at him... he prepared and braced himself for the impact when... suddenly he heard the sound of the sword falling on the ground followed by a voice stating "how dare you try to slain the man of the four seasons manor?". 

He knew immediately who it was... the love of his life... 

"Well, well, well if this isn't the great lord zhou, how nice of you to show up here and my apologies for arriving here on such short notice." 

"Shut up! Scorpion what is it you want?, would you rather have such a useless facade or waste my time upon this whole ordeal?" 

"Tsk, tsk, tsk who would have thought that you would actually fall for such a vicious creature like him, tell me zishu, did you ever tell him such history that you and I had together?" 

"Huh?!", a voice stated weakly... 

"Wen Ke Xing don't believe such nonsense that he is saying, you know for a fact that I would never ever do such vile thing"

"Are you sure?" 

"Yes, I have never gave myself off to someone as low as him, you know that." 

"I believe you, Ah Xu, come here." 

"Alright, but I'll have to put this rascal back in his proper place." 

And with one swift motion, The Lord Of The Four Seasons Manner single handedly defeated the Scorpion King and his gang and immediately rushed over to his soulmate's aid. 

"You... You idiot, why did you kill him?" 

"Well, because I got pissed at him, he's such a liar, saying all those things." 

"You mean those lies?" 

"Well... not all are lies" 

"Really?" 

"Yeah, you'll just have to make a wild guess to know which one the truth would be." 

"I- I think it has something to do with me." 

"Wen Ke Xing, how narcissistic!" 

"So- sorry I give up, just tell me" 

"You are my daylight." 

"What? come closer I can't hear you!"

"You. *kiss*. are.*kiss*.my.*kiss*, daylight *kiss*." 

"Do that again." 

"Never!" 

"I'll make you do it again one day, just you wait." 

"We'll see." 

"Game on, but before that help me and tend to my wounds." 

"Will do, let's stay for awhile?" 

"Sure" 

And the two lovebirds ended up taking a nap underneath the tree, hand in hand.
