"Look, it's coming back!"Soyeon tapped onto Eunwoo's shoulder excitedly, her eyes glued to the creature swimming towards her. She smiled widely as she waved to yet another sea turtle swimming gracefully behind the glass.
The two so-called couple had only been to one attraction since they came; to watch the sea turtles swim. Though they would only swim back and forth around the aquarium at the time of daylight, that seemed to have fascinated Soyeon more than ever.
Though Eunwoo did hope to see the other sea creatures around the park, he did not want to ruin and take Soyeon's time to admire what she saw. He thought to himself that he would only go if she wanted to and from what he could see, she was not ready to go anytime soon.
"Do you think they can understand us?" she asked as eyes wandered throughout the aquarium.
"Maybe," Eunwoo answered bluntly, "what would you say if they could?"
Immediately, Soyeon clasped her hands together and had her eyes shut tightly. It instantly caught people's attention and took them by surprise, Eunwoo being one of them. He immediately had his hand placed exactly where his heart was as he looked down to Soyeon still in her stance.
"I'm so sorry, turtles and to other animals, for our foolish acts! Please forgive us!" she exclaimed, her eyes closing tight as ever, "Please don't hate us!
Eunwoo slowly had a smile creeping onto his face. It did surprise him slightly as he thought she would say something simple such as introducing herself but he was no surprised when she decided to seek forgiveness from the animals she adored.
In mere seconds, Soyeon suddenly felt something being placed on her head. It stayed like that, frozen on top of her head before it began patting it slowly and gently. At that moment, her eyes finally had no interest in the sea turtles in front of her. Her eyes landed on the seabed of the aquarium, blank on her face.
"I'm sure they'll forgive you," he said calmly before resting his hand on top of her head and returning his attention to the turtles in front of him.
Soyeon immediately thanked the heavens that the entire place was slightly dark as the only light sources there were the clear blue waters and the guide lights on the floor. Every inch of her face showed how bashful she felt, following from her flushed cheeks, the wide smile she failed to hide and her awkward figure frozen in place.
"Stay still."
One moment she saw nothing but her embarrassed reflection on the glass and the next, a phone suddenly appeared right before her and on it, she saw a clear reflection of herself. She felt ahead leaning down close beside hers and stared straight forward to the phone screen. Just when she finally noticed who it was, she had little time to react before a camera click went off and a picture suddenly was taken.
"W-Was that for the couple's challenge?" she asked before leaning closer to see the picture.
"No, it was for me," he replied before turning his phone to show her.
The picture showed Eunwoo leaning close to Soyeon's head, his hand was also seen resting on the side. However, the highlight of the picture was the blank expression Soyeon had whereas Eunwoo was smiling as normal. Her mouth was slightly open, her eyes were wide as her eyebrows suddenly rose upwards.
"Wait, you can't do that!" she cried out before attempting to take the phone from his grasp.
He quickly tucked his phone into his pocket before she could get hold of it. He slowly began to look around the room as if nothing had happened.
"Should we see something else now?" he questioned before walking away smirking from the flustered girl.
"Cha Eunwoo! Stop right there! Wait!"
