"Kim Soyeon!"

Eunwoo's train of thoughts was suddenly cut through when a scream brought him back to earth. He spun his head to the side and let his eyes wander the class through the windows until he managed to spot Soyeon at the corner, jumping from her seat after being scolded by the teacher. One end of Eunwoo's lip rose as he lost count of how many time he had caught Soyeon dozing off during her after-school tutoring session.

"Class dismissed," the teacher sighed, "Kim Soyeon, stay please."

Eunwoo watched as the students slowly began to exit the classroom, leaving Soyeon alone with the teacher. She swung her bag over her shoulder before walking closer to the front.

"You do know you need this class to bring your grades up, don't you?" the teacher mentioned, "I really don't want to you get humiliated in front of my class because of it."

A smile immediately appeared on Soyeon's face, "Don't worry, miss, I've dealt with more embarrassing moments before."

"What?"

There was a long awkward silence that suddenly came upon them. Nothing but the sounds of crickets chirping to fill in that silence, although Myungjun's large smile plastered on his face seemed to be saying, 'I got you, didn't I?'

"I thought we decided to name it Baby," Myungjun spoke innocently, "what did you think I meant?"

"Kim Myungjun!" Soyeon screamed to her older brother, sighing another episode of frustration, "I have a weak heart, you shouldn't do that!"

The all-smiling boy only threw a fit of laughter before placing the turtle on the palms of the startled girl and running back through the door. His laugh echoed throughout the house as it slowly sounded more distant. Soyeon suddenly had the feeling to kill her brother that night when he sleeps.

"The turtle is..."

Right, Soyeon was so focused on planning her brother's funeral that she had forgotten of the poor boy who had suddenly been put into an awkward situation.

"Cha Eunwoo," she sighed out, mustering her courage to hide her embarrassment, "this is Baby."

Eunwoo felt like he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. He thought he unconsciously caught himself in a situation he wasn't meant to be in. Though he felt deceived by Soyeon's brother and wasted much of his brain cells to think what he should say or do, he never has felt more relief in his life.

"Please do us both a favour and try to score at least enough to keep you from trouble, can you do that?" the teacher, closely enough, pleaded.

Eunwoo could feel how much the teacher wanted her to focus on her studies and pass not for the school but Soyeon herself.

"Yes, miss," she nodded, her voice coming out as a whisper.

Eunwoo peaked through again but Soyeon was already running out of the class, fully unaware of the boy outside waiting for her.
