"Y/n love, I'm home where are you ?" Helena called out to no reply. "Darling are you home ?" Her soft voice spoke again to no answer so she looked around the whole house until going to the bedroom where she saw me curled up in a ball with smudged mascara all over my face crying clutching my stomach.
"Y/n what wrong ?!?!" She asked with worry in her voice "I-I'm on my period Hellie and my stomach it really really hurts" I said trying my best to speak whilst crying "awe love" she said walking over to me then she proceeded to Stoke my hair moving it out of my face and holding my hand tightly "how about a hot bath and some tea ?" She asked still trying to comfort me "ok" I said trying to stop crying.
She went and ran a bath for me and made me a cup of tea then she brought the tea up for me and grabbed a towel ready for me and came back into the room "it's all ready for you come on I'll help you" she said holding my hand helping me out of bed. I looked down at the bed using it to help me get up and instantly broke down crying and my face went bright red from embarrassment "hey shh shh what's the matter love ?" Helena asked with a concerned look on her face, I just started crying more and pointed to the bed that had blood on the sheet "oh darling don't be embarrassed it's ok it happens I'll just put the sheet in the wash no need to get upset now" Helena said smiling wiping my tears away rubbing my back "I'm so sorry" I said still embarrassed "y/n look at me don't be sorry I can't even tell you how many times this has happened to me it's not a big deal" she said which comforted me and made me feel a bit better "now come on let's get you to the bath" Helena said taking me to the bathroom where she had lit candles and brought me a cup of tea so I could relax and be distracted from the cramps "thank you hellie" I said smiling hugging her "no problem love" she said kissing my head and helping me in the bath then leaving to change the sheets and get everything ready for once I got out the bath.
She went and washed the sheets and got me a clean set of pyjamas to wear and made popcorn ready for us to watch movies when I was finished. "Hey y/n you ready to come out the bath yet ? The water must be cold by now" she said laughing "yeah sorry it was just so relaxing" I said smiling at her "ok love I'll help you come on" she said handing me a towel and giving me the pyjamas she picked out to change into "thank you hellie" I said smiling.
I finished changing and went to our bedroom where I saw Helena turning the tv on and trying to pick a movie to watch "ah y/n come and sit in just trying to pick a movie I need you're help" she said not really knowing how to work the tv, I started giggling at how cute she was with technology. I walked over to the bed and Helena handed me a hot water bottle "for you're tummy it should help with the pain love" she said handing it to me then pulling me in to hug her and letting me pick a movie.
We cuddled and watched movies for a couple of hours until we were both exhausted so we decided to turn the tv off and go to sleep, Helena sang to me with her beautiful voice which instantly made me feel 100 times better and made me sleepy so I snuggled into her more and she tightened her arms around me and just before we both fell asleep she kissed my head and whispered "I love you y/n goodnight" "I love you too hellie night night".
