Y/N WAS UTTERLY LOST FOR words, her heart racing so quickly she was sure it could keep a thousand people alive.

Denki flushed, turning away to awkwardly stare at the sunshine outside his window. "Sorry, I-"

"Sure," Y/N blurted, shifting a little closer to him on the bed. "I mean - yes, please."

He smiled, and, God, that little twist of his lips made her fall all over again. Both his hands came up to cup her face, and suddenly, they were kissing.

She pushed herself upwards a little to bring her face closer to his, letting her arms wrap around his shoulders and losing herself in this moment that was so easily, effortlessly, perfect. A moment's separation for breath, and then they were again joined like the crashing of the waves below them, in effortless sync with each other.

"You're beautiful," Y/N whispered as their kiss ended in a sweet brush. "I really like you."

Remembering his earlier words, and her promise to be completely open with the boy who had opened her up and drawn out the version of herself she had never let come to light. "Actually, I kinda love you, Denki."

Denki had, in her opinion, never looked so attractive as in this moment, with happiness and love glowing in his eyes. "Well, that's good, because you know I love you."
