Edward Mordrake part 2

Jimmy's p.o.v

Maggie and I were walking towards the clown and the girl. Maggie was clutching onto my arm, terrified.

All of a sudden, another man in a clown suit came up and knocked me out. The last thing I heard was Maggie screaming.

When I came to, I was tied up loosely near a fire. There were two teenagers, a boy and a girl, tied up as well. With them was a little boy.

Maggie was trapped in a box. There were two clowns. One of the freakier than the other. The freakier one was playing a mini piano, while the other was pretending to be a circus announcer.

I somewhat recognized his voice, but I was too busy trying to break free from my binds. Maggie looked terrified as the clown closest to her pulled out a saw.

"Now for my next act, watch as I saw my lovely assistant in half!" the clown said while the other played the mini piano.

Maggie started screaming once he started sawing the box. Finally I got my binds loose and knocked the clown with the saw down. I untied the others and told them to run and get the police.

Rescuing Maggie, I was grabbed by the freakier clown and pulled into his bus.

When I came to for the second time, it was Edward Mordrake who saved me. I think in the end, he took the freakier clown.

When I got out of the forest, I found Maggie and the police waiting for me. We were questioned all night and even into the morning.

I knew that Rhiannon was going to be worried about me. I missed her...

"I didn't save anyone. Jimmy saved those kids. He's the true hero." Maggie repeated for the umpteenth time to the police.

When we got back to the freak show, Maggie gave me a kiss on the cheek as her gratitude for saving her.

Rhiannon was so worried yet so proud to know I saved the kids. So were all the townsfolk when they came to congratulate me.

I felt so proud, and very happy with my girl by my side.
