On the Rocks

Y/n:-"A story about Tae was leaked to the press!"   You immediately hung on his agent and open a web browser.

You type Tae's name into Google. In seconds, the story appears. It's titled: Kim Taehyung, and Why Men in Hollywood can't change. The article was written by a reporter that was at the bar last night.

You begin to read the article, which is all about Tae's behavior on the set of this movie. An "exclusive source" claims he shows up late to filming every single dat. Another says he's rude to staff. You continue to read, but each sentence is worse than the last.

Y/n:-"A source confirms that when the movie began filming this August ,Kim Taehyung was caught sleeping with extras!"

Unable to read any more of those lies and half-truths, you throw the phone across the bed. You're fighting back frustrated tears when the bathroom door creaks open and Tae walks int your bedroom, a towel wrapped around his waist.

His eyebrows fly up when he spots you on the bed, looking upset.  Tae:-"Usually women don't react like that when I'm standing around in a towel."

Y/n:-"Tae.. I need to tell you something."   Tae:-"Okay"   Tae joins you on the bed. He watched you, waiting.   Tae:-"Spit it out ,Y/n. How bad could it be?"

You remain silent. Once you tell him about the article, his whole world will flip upside down.

Tae:-"Wait..Are you pregnant?"   Y/n:-"WHAT? No! Here. Just read this."   You grab the phone, pull up the article and shove it into Tae's hand. He begins to read. Seconds pass...Tae's mouth is hanging open.

Y/n:-"Tae--"   He pushes off the bed and stomps to the bedroom door.  Y/n:-"Where are you going?"   Tae:-"To figure out who did this!"      You go to Tae and wrap your arms around him, pressing yourself into his chest. He hugs you back, burying his head in your neck.

Y/n:-"I'm sorry this happened."   Tae lifts his head, meeting your gaze.   Y/n:-"I forgot to tell you, your agent called. He wants you to meet him in his trailer."   Tae:-"Fuck my life."

Tae begins getting dressed. You watch as he runs a brush through his wet hair. He looks completely exhausted even though he just woke up.

Tae:-"I should go meet with my team. Walk with me?"

The second you and Tae step outside, all eyes turn to you. Tae:-"Guess everyone's seen the article."  People point and stare. You can see them whispering behind their hands.

Ara is standing across the yard. When she spots the two of you, she rushes over. Ara gets right in Tae's face aggressively pointing her finger at him.

Ara:-"I told you not to make me regret hiring you, KIM TAEHYUNG!"  Tae:-"Hey, this isn't my fault-      Ara:-"The reputation of this movie, my movie, is on the line because of you!"

Peter:-"There you are! I called you an hour ago!"   Tae:-"I was in the middle of something."   Peter:-"We're holding a team meeting in your trailer now. Let's go."

Peter stalks off. Tae follows, ignoring all the eyes on him. You feel helpless, standing around while Tae and his team are inside the trailer, hatching a game plan to mend this mess. You also leave to do some office work.

After some hours

When you arrive back on set, everything is even worse than it was before. Production has completely stopped for the day. Everyone is standing around, looking stressed, miserable.

But then you spot Peter and Ara huddled together, deep in discussion. You walk over to the two of them.

Y/n:-"Where's Tae?"   Ara:-"He kicked us all out and locked himself in his trailer."   Y/n:-"What did you two say to him?"   Peter:-"We merely suggested him to break up with you."

Y/n:-"EXCUSE ME?!"   Ara:-"Clearly, Tae rebranding his image isn't working out.." 

Peter:-"Perhaps it's best to simply allow him to embrace this playboy image of his and make the most out of it."    Y/n:-"You both are such an evil, selfish, arrogant asshole!"

You stomp off, unable to stare at their ridiculous face for another second..

Looking around, you notice a buzz in the air. A few extras are hanging around, talking low with their heads bent together. You walk up to them.

Y/n:-"Hey, guys. What's going on?"   Crew Member:"You haven't heard?"

Y/n:-"Heard what?"   

Crew Member:-"They decided to fire Kim Taehyung and refilm the movie with a new actor!"

Y/n:-"They what?!"
