AURORA AND HENRY RECEIVED A TEXT FROM RAY TO meet him at the man cave after school. a week has gone by since the squad found out about aurora's secret and she hasn't been holding back on using her bionic abilities. it's a habit they're all going to have to get used to, especially her geoleaping.
the two teens exited the elevator when they made their way down to the man cave. aurora insisted on geoleaping them down there but henry refused almost immediately. he hates geoleaping. it always gave him a stomachache.
"oh! good! they're here. let's get started," said ray.
"aye aye."
"uh hey!" henry began as he and aurora took off their backpacks and set them to the side. "wait.. guys, we didn't get any lunch at school. can we order like some chinese food?"
"what?"
"i want some a'those uh... oh whaddaya call 'em? they're like uh.. chinese dumplings...?" henry tried describing.
"oh! i know what you're talking about," aurora told, "they're like uh..."
"oh! you mean wom-pons," schwoz said.
"yeaaaah," henry stated, thankful someone remembered the name of them. well, up until he realized schwoz was wrong. "nooooo..."
"won-tons— he means won-tons, not wom-pons," ray corrected.
"i did my best to say it right," schwoz frowned.
"whatever, can we order some?" aurora asked.
"not now. it's time for my bi-yearly quantitative physiological densitization test," ray revealed.
"i understood the word test," henry mentioned.
"it's a test to make sure i'm still totally indestructible," ray explained.
"mmmmmm.... can we order some won-tons first?" henry asked.
"yeah, i'm starving," aurora commented.
"no. see that machine over there?" ray pointed to the machine that was by the tubes.
