The Drive

Well it's time to drive home. I'm not sure why I work 30 minutes from my house but it's a nice peaceful drive. I'm about halfway there. No traffic, no cars nothing. It kind of creeps me out, but I'm to high to even realize it. The stress I've been feeling slowly begins to drift away. I feel the music vibrate my body. This is when I know I'm high. When I feel the music and I'm not just listing to it anymore. A few more minutes before I'm home. I'm just so ready to shower and lay down in my comfortable bed.

I get to the main roads and finally there's sign of life. There's a lot of cars out tonight. I forgot that some party was going on. I was invited to come after work. But I'm just to tired to go check how it is. I should probably slow down, but I don't really care for slowing down. I'm just ready to go home. The drive has seemed so long. I just think it's the stress that I'm feeling. But the pills make it seem like a short drive. The brights on some car is really bothering me. I don't do well with bright lights when I'm high. I usually end up squinting or closing my eyes. Right now I'm fine though it's not that bad.
