Y/N's POV:

"WAKE UP YOU LIL BITCH!" I heard someone scream at me which woke me up immediately. I was greeted by my cousin who was around my age, named Ashley. "Ashley, I said no swearing!" I heard my aunt Olivia shout from the living room. "Ugh, whatever!" Ashley yelled back. "Um... Ashley, what are you and aunt Olivia doing here? And why are you on top of me?" I asked.

"Well we came to visit, duh, dumbass! I also needed to wake your ass up, since you're gonna be late for school!" Ashley replied. "Why would you even wake me up though? That really doesn't seem like something you would do. You would probably let me sleep and end up late..." I mumbled.

"And why the hell does that matter?" Ashley asked. "I don't know... anyway, can you get off of me?" I replied. "Alright fine..." she said, getting off of me and watching as I got up. "I'll leave and let you get dressed. I don't wanna see your naked ass." Ashley then said, before walking out the room and shutting the door.

After getting dressed, I opened the door, exiting my room. "Finally, you're done! You took so long!" Ashley exclaimed. "D-Do you expect me to be changing my clothes at the speed of The Flash?" I asked confusedly. Ashley ignored me and turned around, walking to the couch and plopping down on it.

"Where's mom?" I asked curiously. "Oh. You're mother went shopping. We arrived here for a visit just as she was going to leave. So she asked if we could stay here." Aunt Olivia explained, pushing some of her hair out of her face. She continued, "I'll make you some breakfast."

Time skip

I ran down the sidewalk as fast as I could, rushing to school. I felt my hair go wild in the wind. I then saw the recognizable Hope's Peak Academy. I ran a bit faster and rushed in quickly. I speed walked into class and stood in the doorway. Everyone's eyes were on me.

"Mrs. L/N, you're late." Mrs. Yukizome said. "I am so sorry. I overslept." I apologized. "I accept your apology, but please go to detention." Mrs. Yukizome replied kindly. I nodded and heard a snicker from Hiyoko before I closed the door and headed towards detention.

As soon as I entered, I saw a ginger haired boy sitting there with boredom written all over his face. He looked like he didn't even want to be alive. "Oh, Mrs. L/N, correct?" The principal asked, as he looked over at me.

"Um... yes, sir." I replied. "I assume you got in trouble?" The principal guessed. I silently nodded my head. "Go and take a seat then." His voice sounded a bit cold. It was a bit bothering, but I ignored it. I quietly did as told and took a seat next to the ginger haired boy. He wore interesting clothes and looked like a punk rocker.

"I will be right back. Don't any of you two even just think of leaving." The principal said before getting up and leaving, closing the door. "Hey." I heard a voice say. I turned my head to see it was the ginger haired boy. "I'm Leon Kuwata. Ultimate Baseball Star. I'm from Class 78. I assume you're from Class 77?" He introduced.

"Um... yeah. I'm Y/N L/N, Ultimate Veterinarian." I replied. "Cool. How did you end up here?" Leon asked. "I overslept and was late." I replied. "Damn, that sucks. I'm here because I punched Mondo, who's my classmate." He mumbled. "W-Why would you punch him?" I asked, tugging on my jacket a little.

"Let's just say he was being a jerk. Anyway, let's get out of detention and get to know each other outside. What do ya say?" He asked. "Um... n-no thanks. I'll wait till I can get out then continue class." I stuttered. "Oh, come on! We could have some fun! It's a lot better than being in this piece of shit room in silence for over 10 minutes." He exclaimed.

"A-Alright then... fine. But if we get caught, it's your fault." I muttered. "Alright then. Let's do this and sneak out." Leon said. We both quietly got up and headed towards the door, where our escape attempt began.
