A/N: I decided to skip forwards a little so we finally get the action of Ibuki's performance.
Y/N's POV:

It was finally the day. Ibuki would be performing today at 1 PM. I was a bit nervous because I didn't like loud noises, but maybe I could get used to it. When I made it to school, I was greeted by Ibuki who dashed over to me, screaming. "Um, what's wrong?" I asked.

"It's nothing! I'm just suuuuuper excited!" She cheered. "Wait for me!" I heard a familiar voice screech. It was Mikan. I watched as she dashed over to catch up with Ibuki. "Remember, 1 PM sharp!" Ibuki exclaimed, before running away at the speed of light.

"She seems very excited. It also appears you have been running after her." I said. "Y-Yeah... she brought me along with her to see you. But she ended up being... um... very f-fast." She replied. "Good thing that Kiyotaka didn't catch you two running. I'm extra impressed because she seems to be very rowdy at the moment." I muttered.

"Um... y-yeah." She stuttered, glancing up at a nearby clock. She then said, Let's head to c-class." before she went off, me following close behind. When we entered the classroom, everyone else was waiting there for us. "Good morning, you two! You guys are just in time!" Mrs. Yukizome exclaimed.

"Remember, Ibuki will be performing after lunch in a few hours!" Mrs. Yukizome reminded.

Time skip

It was just a bit after lunch. Me and Mikan headed to the gymnasium, where Ibuki's performance would be taking place. As soon as we entered, we saw a huge crowd of the other students and teachers, along with the headmaster. Everyone was in seats, so we looked for two free ones. We saw four free seats. We both went over and sat there, me being next to Nagito.

Everyone was currently talking, and it appeared that they were waiting for Ibuki to come on stage. It took me a few moments to realize that Chiaki and Hiyoko weren't here. "Hey Nagito." I whispered, getting his attention. "Do you know where Chiaki and Hiyoko are?"

In response, he shook his head. I sighed, glancing around the room. Are they late? Where could they be? They were in class, so they have to be here somewhere. Everyone went quiet as we heard footsteps. We all glanced up at the stage to see Ibuki.

She had her guitar and she was checking the mic volume. She then raised her head and smiled confidently at us all. "Hello, everyone!" She exclaimed. I was surprised that the mic was perfect volume and she didn't destroy all of our ears. "Today I will be performing a bunch of songs for a while!" She shouted, making everyone cheer and clap.

"Alright! Let's begin with our first performance!" She announced. All of a sudden, the room went dim and overall just, well, darker. Pink lights on the stage turned on and they flashed everywhere. "Yeahhhhhh!" She screamed excitedly. The music started up.

Hiyoko swiftly dashed sideways next to Ibuki, dancing with her fan. She swiftly moved, like a backup dancer. Chiaki also appeared to the right of Ibuki,  just as swiftly as Hiyoko and started playing the triangle. The melody was actually very nice, although you would expect this kind of mix to be bad.

The three actually performed a lot of songs and did amazing. When it was all over, the three exhaustedly headed backstage. Me, Nagito, Mahiru, Hajime and Mikan headed to the backstage to see them. "You three did great!" Mahiru cheered, hugging all three of them. "Wise words, Mahiru! You are incredibly correct! You three have such talent!" Nagito exclaimed. Thanks! I hope you liked it, you two!" Ibuki said, pointing to me and Mikan, then hugging us.

"O-Oh... um... I really liked it." She said, visibly red. Ibuki let go, grinning. "Hehe!" Hiyoko giggled, visibly proud of herself. "I'm sleepy..." Chiaki mumbled, then falling asleep on Hajime's shoulder. "Um..." Hajime said quietly, heating up.

"Haha! You should probably bring Chiaki home. It is actually becoming the end of the day now." I chuckled. "Ah... um... okay. Y/N, can you help me?" He asked. "Of course!" I exclaimed. I helped Hajime bring Chiaki to her house, into bed. Then we both said goodbye and went to our houses.

I flopped down on my bed, quite tired. Today was a huge day. I found myself closing my eyes and going to sleep before I knew it.
