"Get in loser, we're going shopping." Evan smirked through the open window of the Audi.

"Meine liebe!" I squeaked as he got out of his car and enveloped me in a warm, loving hug.

"My, my. You have grown into a fine young lady." Evan chuckled as he held me out at arms length.

"I should say the same for you. With that smirk of yours, you'll make every girls panties drop." I laughed, punching his arm playfully.

"It only matters if it works on you." He winked. This kind of harmless flirting was what we always used to do when we both lived in Berlin.

"Alex! There you are! We've been looking for you after we found out you made a run for it." Lilly said as Manny emerged from behind her. Great.

"Sorry Lilly. Evan here wanted to meet up so I called him and he said he would meet me here." I said with a guilty smile.

"She just can't get enough of me." Evan smirked as he wrapped an arm around my waist. My eyes flickered over to Manuel who was clenching his jaw.

"What can I say? He's irresistible." I chuckled. "Lilly, meet Evan Miller, Evan, meet Lilly Allen."

"Nice to meet you." Evan smiled, kissing the top of her hand, earning a blush from her.

"And this is Manuel Neuer. Manu, this is Evan." I introduced.

"An honor to meet you. I'm a big fan." Evan said holding out his hand. Manuel just looked at it before turning his gaze to me.

"Now that your reunion is over, we should get you to the hotel." He stated simply.

"I can take her, I want to catch up with her." Evan said.

"That's alright, Manuel promised that he would drive me. You can follow us to the hotel though." I said smiling up at Evan who smirked down at me.

"You sure you want to be alone with me in a hotel room?" He chuckled, sending me a wink.

"Evan, keep it in your pants. Let's go before it gets too dark." I laughed, shaking my head.

"See you soon." Evan kissed the top of my head before getting into his car. I turned and followed Manny and Lilly back to where Manuel parked.

"I thought you said you didn't have a boyfriend." Manuel spoke in a flat tone.

"Evan? God no. He's my best friend. His mom used to babysit me back when I lived in Germany." I shrugged. "Besides, what is it to you?"

"Nothing." He said looking down at his feet.

"Well I'm going to head out. See you at practice tomorrow?" Lilly asked, stopping in front of a red Volkswagen Beetle.
