"Agent May come in" I said for like the tenth time into my comms. I gave up exhaling frustrated as I got up myself clutching my side in pain, I had been shot in my abdomen after hydra had infiltrated shield.
I walked out the room I was hiding out in and was met with Ward pointing a gun at a shield agent, I gasped causing him to turn. I put the pieces together. He was one of them.
"Why" I asked as tears of betrayal mixed with pain fell on my cheeks. "Are you insane like me?" he asked "been in pain like me?" he yelled startling me. "I love you really, I still do" he said and I was at a loss of words.
"Ward" I cried as he stepped towards me and I flinched, this didn't seem to have softened his demeanor instead he grew frustrated. He picked me up despite my protests taking me onto the quinjet with him and Garrett.
