maizy's pov:
It took about 10 seconds to sink in. I fell to me knees and let out an sob, Shawn attempts to help me before I hit the ground and he pulls me back up, into his arms.
He pulls me into a tight hug and I cry loudly into his shirt. He lets me cry as he holds me tight and rubs small circles on my back.
"Shh... It'll be okay.." Shawn whispers, pulling me closer. I can't form any words, the only thing that's coming out of my mouth were loud sobs.
"Let's get you home Maiz." He says.
Shawn grabs my bag and my car keys and walks me out to my car. He helps me get in the passenger side and sets my bag in the back. He gets in the drivers' seat, starts the car, and holds my hand tightly.

It's three days later and I haven't left my bed since I got home that day. I haven't showered, I haven't eaten. The only reason I've gotten up was to go to the bathroom. Shawn, Cameron, and Nash keep coming upstairs, bringing food and water. I take the water but push the food away. If I were to eat anything, I would just throw it back up anyways.
I hear footsteps outside my door and there's a knock. I make a small noise, indicating that they could come in.
"Hey babe." He whispers, sitting next to me.
shawn's pov:
"Hey babe." I say, coming into the room and sitting on her bed.
She doesn't respond. She hasn't said anything for three days, you can see the the sadness, the lifelessness, the emptiness, you can see it in her eyes. It isn't hard to tell how much pain she's in.
"Do you need anything? Food? Water?" I ask.
No answer.
maizy's pov:
After Shawn leaves, I haul myself out of bed and slump over to the bathroom. After im done, I was my hands. I don't feel enough strength to go back into my bed. My bathroom floor is piled high with clothes, I just lay there for a while. I don't know how or what to feel anymore. I can't cry, all of my tears are gone. I try but nothing comes out. I can't handle life. I need my parents. I need them and their love. I want my mom and dad back.

hey guys so short update. I know I always say this but I'll try and update again soon, sorry the updates take so long, I get busy. I also wanted to take some time to say that last night I started a story around midnight and I fell madly in love with it and stayed up until 4 a.m. trying to finish it. it's not completely done yet but what's written is truly amazing. it's called Anxiety Attacks and it's by @11tay99 . She has other stories too so I also recommend reading those but she's a great writer so I suggest reading some of those stories! thanks for reading guys, updates are coming soon!
