When they walk through, they see a small round table with three seats. Hm, this is different. Instinctively, they each take one of the seats.

The speakers chime on. "Alright, continue areguing."

They stay silent for about two minutes. Then Virgil decides to reintiate the conversation with a simple phrase. "You murdered him."
"He was going to kill himself anway."
"You don't know that."

"I saved your life in that second room, you ungreatful piece of shit. I saved your life and I saved us about five minutes back there." Virgil doesn't find the words for a response to that one. He just pulls the sleeves of his hoodie over his hands and looks to Logan, in a silent plea to ask him to say something.

"I would like to know, what happens if you survive and have to explain to Roman's parents that you killed him?"

Janus raises his eyebrows. "I would say he killed himself, you two'd both be dead, so it wouldn't be dificult, obviously." Logan purses his lips, wanting to reply, but being inturrupted by the sound of the speakers once again.

"Alright, each of you will now cast a vote. The person with the most votes against them will be killed immediately. To cast your vote, say outloud that you'd like to vote for x person. You have five minutes to all vote." You can practically hear the game leader's smirk through the speakers.

Janus' eyes widen as the other two look to him. "Wait! Guys, come on! I didn't- I'm sorry!" You can tell that he's starting to panic when this time, it's his life being threatened rather than somebody else's. Virgil leans forward onto the table, placing both of his elbows infront of him and interlocking his fingers.

"What? So you suddenly care about Roman now?"
"You would be dead by now if it weren't for me. If you don't vote for Logan, there will be consequences. I mean that." His threatening tone does genuinely scare the boy he's talking to, but Virgil thinks that it's important to find his confidence.

While maintaining direct eye contact, Virgil speaks.
"I'm going to cast my vote for Janus, please."

Janus furrows his eyebrows in a mix of anger and upset. "I'm voting for Virgil." His eyes then switch from looking at the emo, to be looking at Logan, the remaining candiate. "Your turn, Logan. Vote for Virgil."

"Give me a moment. I need to think about this from a logical standpoint."
See, although it may not be evident upon meeting him, Logan thinks through a lot of things before he does them. At the moment, he's thinking who's life to end by simply saying a sentence. He's rescourceful, so he understands that the next game will probaby kill either him or the person he chooses to survive.

It's also likely that he may have to kill the remaining person. He isn't a phsycopath or a murderer in any sense, but he values his life. He wants to live.

Logan chooses to evaluate the two options in his head. It was really stupid of both of them to vote for the other, since that just cancells their votes out entirely. Obviously, he isn't evaluating the options out loud, although he could just to spite the other two candidates.

Virgil is scared, clearly. It's incredibly obvious from his posture and general habits that he suffers with some kind of anxiety disorder. Not to take advantage of him or anythng, but it does mean that Virgil would be a much easier target should he have to be killed to ensure Logan's survival.

And, he isn't dressed all too practically either. He did say it earlier, but he didn't dress for being kidnapped and forced to participate in a series of games slash challenges revoliving around life and death. The highschooler is wearing platform boots, black jeans and a lot of accessories such as peircings, chains and necklaces.

Then, there's Janus. The thing with this boy, is that he is a lot more confident in the art of killing and anything sorrounding. Logan worries that he may loose a fight against Janus. However, having said that, it may be a lot more entertaining.

As for the attire being worn by this boy, it's also a lot more practical. Jeans, a loose yellow t-shirt, but no hindering accessories of any kind.

It's abundantly clear to Logan what he has to do in order to ensure a higher chance of his own safety.
"I think I will cast my vote for Janus."

"Fuck you guys."
Before the others can speak, the voice that tells them everything speaks again.

"When you entered the game, I attatched a small device to each of your collarbones. Frankly, I'm surprised nobody noticed it. Anywho, I have just clicked a button which has injected just above the lethal dosage of rat poision into Janus' blood, and he now has around twenty seconds to live. Once he's dead, you final two candidates can head through to the next room."

Each of the boys then reach up to their collarbones, feeling them for a moment before realising that there is indeed a small black device on each of their left sides.

Janus looks to Virgil and Logan and rolls his eyes. "Fuck, okay. I know I've been a dick, and that I've killed someone to get here, but- Just, whichever of you survives this, please: Tell my parents that I'm sorry and that I love them."

You can still see the guilt and desperation in his eyes as they roll back into his head and he passes out onto the floor. Dead, that's for sure.
