• Ch 10

It was time for eunji's shift to end so she went to the back and changed into marks clothes before turning off the lights and locking the café up.

Where do I go now...

Eunji looked around. It was dark out since it was 11pm. She walked by a bench that was between the café and some other shop.

Maybe I'll sleep here.

She was gonna lie down before she heard someone yell her name.

She turned to look at who it was.

Min...hyung.?

"Eunji!" Mark said before putting his hands on his knees and catching his breath.

"I'm- so sorry for being late." He was breathing heavily. "I was in my car waiting for you ever sense I dropped you off but-" he took a big breath. "I accidentally fell asleep while waiting in my car." He said before standing up straight and smiling at her.

"Come on. Let's go back to the house." He took out a hand for her to grab.

Eunji just stared at him in shock actually.

"Uhm..." he said awkwardly with his hand still out.

Eunji snapped out of her daze before she hesitantly grabbed onto marks hand.

Well more like his tip of his fingers.

Mark guided Eunji to his car before driving off to his house with the boys.

They were at the front door and mark was gonna unlock it, that was until he felt the back of his shirt being tugged. He looked back at Eunji. "Wassup?"

She was fiddling with her fingers.

Mark was confused before he had a thought. "Is it the guys?"

Eunji slowly nodded her head.

Mark was gonna put his hands on her shoulder but remembered that she doesn't like any type of skin contact. He cleared his throat.

"Listen, I know you don't know them well but I promise you with my whole life that they're good people." He said with a smile as he crouched down to her level.

"Are you sure..." she said softly.

Mark nodded his head. "And don't worry. If they do something to make you uncomfortable just tell me. I will put them in their place." Mark said.

Eunji nodded her head.

Mark unlocked the front door to the house and entered.

"Where have you been hyung?" Jisung asked.

"Yea dude, you've been gone for about 3 hours. We thought you died." Jeno said.

"And where did Eunji go?" Haechan asked him.
