Mark and Eunji were in the car making their way back home.
From time to time, he would look at Eunji to make sure she's okay.

She was looking out the window, her eyes still glossy with her tears.
She knows it's not her fault her parents are like how they are.
She knows she didn't do anything to them.
But she couldn't help but feel like she did.
Just why, why did they hate her so much?
What in the world did she do to them to make them hate her where they wished she was never even alive?

Eunji knew she didn't actually do anything, she was just there.
She wiped her eyes before putting her hand under her chin.
Mark looked at her and saw that she still had some tears coming down her face.

He really hated how her mother talked to her.
He couldn't believe she was that selfish.
When Eunji said those stuff to her mom, mark felt so bad for her.
His heart broke when Eunji expressed her true feelings to her.
The way her eyes got glossy with her tears.
The way her lip would be in a pout time to time.
And just her saying what was truly on her mind, Mark couldn't stand that women making her feel like that.

What could he do to make his girlfriend who he cherishes so much feel better?
Is there anything he can do for her at the moment?
Maybe just being next to her is fine.
Mark knows that there are times where she needs her own space, but he doesn't know when she actually needs it.

Mark looked over at her once more and was a bit flustered when she was staring at him as well.
"Caught me by surprise there." He said softly to her with a little smile.
He looked back at her when she didn't saying anything.

She truly was beautiful.
The sun was hitting her which made her glow from every angle.
Her natural beauty was standing out even more than usual.
Mark felt so lucky to have an amazing person like her.
She truly looked like an angel to him.

He smiled once again.
"My angel.." he mumbled.
Eunji looked at him with an confused look on her face as she wiped the few tears on her cheek. "Hm..?"
"My angel." He said again with a soft and sweet voice for her to hear this time.
"Angel..?"

"Yes, my angel." He looked at her again, but this time in her deep and beautiful brown eyes.
"You're my angel."

Eunji couldn't help but have this cute and warm smile on her face.
Mark never failed to make her feel better when she was feeling down.
This was also the first time anyone had given her any sort of nickname.

"Why angel?" She asked him as she felt herself becoming more brighter.
He chuckled at her question. "I mean, the nickname speaks for itself. You're an angel, inside and out." He said to her.

That's when he pulled up into their driveway.
"Ready to go home?" He said as he parked the car, his thumb moving to her cheek as he wiped a tear that was still there.
She looked at him and nodded.
"Always."
