Ameila was turning two tomorrow and Nina was having a hard time she was on the set of her new film she was on break when her phone started vibrating. She grabbed it out of her pocket walking to the studio fridge to grab one of the drinks she had left in there. She looked at the message. It was Candice who was still upset that Nina was not coming to town for Amelia's birthday.

She wanted to be there more than anything and if she could she definitely would be. But it wasn't that easy. She had a job to do. She knew that being away from her daughter was always going to be the hardest part of everything. And she hated that she couldn't always be with her or see her.

Her insecurity had only gotten worse in the last few months. Especially after staying with them at new years. Everything had changed. She had something great and she had given it up. And now she was facing the consquences.

She ignored the message grabbing a drink and going before heading to continue watching them film. She was sitting on the floor in a deserted spot where she could see that but also she was hidden from view.

She kept getting messages from people asking why she wasn't coming to her daughter's birthday. What is this about she couldn't make it. She felt the tears cloud in her eyes.

She didn't want to miss her baby's birthday. She hated the idea of it. She read all the text messages she could tell that her friends were worried about her.

"Hey you ok?"

She flinched startled she looked up at Vin. She wiped her eyes nodding. "Yeah i'm fine."

"Nina you know your not a good liar."

"I've heard." She hated that her voice was starting to crack she definitely did not plan on having a break down on set.  No matter how much she tried the tears kept flowing. "Despite the fact that i can act my ass off i can't lie for shit."

He sat next to her he knew that something was wrong. "What's wrong?"

Seeing her daughter was important to her but she couldn't just quit on her role. "My daughters birthday is in tomorrow and i'm hours away. My friends her grandparents keep texting me asking why aren't i coming."

"You have a daughter?" He hadn't known that Nina had any kids he guessed that she had wanted it that way.

She nodded the secret was for everyone's sake. But right now all she wanted was to be with hee baby. She didn’t care who saw. Being away and coming back and then leaving was always the hardest part for her. "With my ex only our family and friends know that was the deal. We don't tell the entire world that she exists. Keep her away from the public eye and it's been working for the most part."

"You should go." He knew that she needed to be with her daughter he had no doubt about that. He could see that all of this was taking a toll on her.

"I want to i do but i can't just up and leave." As much as she wanted to run out the set and go to her daughter. She couldn't just leave especially when she committed to this movie.

He knew that they would be fine this was something that she needed to do. "Nina the set will survive without you here you need to be with your daughter."

"I-"

He wasn't giving her a choice he knew this was what she needed. "Go home book a flight you need to be with your daughter."
