A new life

<---------------------------------->
Mr. D: All rights go to Rich Richmond....blah blah blah...This is just fan-made trash..blah blah.-
Me:..Erm, Mr.D? It's 'Rick Riordan'.
Mr.D: Like you, young people say nowadays, Whatever. I don't care. I care more about Peter Jakeron than you. ( Ouch ) Now, where can I find that bottle of wine...

Me: But,... never mind then. On with the story.

Intrise's Pov

It.was.horrible.

That's all I remember. Somehow, Percy ran across the field and found Riptide. He began slashing through the monsters. All the other kids screamed, panicked and run. That was it. Just me and Percy left with those...things. Well, knowing the story Annabeth was somewhere around, but obviously, I couldn't go shouting for her when I am supposed to know about them all.

Percy was battling the 3rd Cannibal when one of them decided to check out what I am.

He roared and practically ran towards me. Geez, rush much? Percy noticed and tried to come help, but unfortunately, Mr. 3rd cannibal didn't have enough of him yet.

The huge monster had cornered me and I was trapped. Great, I am going to be the first death in the series of Percy Jackson. As the monster charged, I prayed to the Olympians, especially ( I know, how could I even think of him in a good light?) Ares, to give me strength.

I opened my eyes and saw the monster about to punch (? More like threw his giant fist on me) me when I slipped in between his legs and ran. I ran towards our school bags and grabbed my lunch box. Luckily, I had brought some fruits today. Banana included. I took one of the banana peels and rushed back to the now 'battlefield'.

Here's the thing with Cannibals who lose their easy lunch. THEY do NOT like it when that happens. He (I think) looked around and then spotting me, he lunged for me. I threw the peel as far in his direction as I could and ran backward. The cannibal stumbled and fell down with a horrible cry.

Percy took care of the rest of them, rushed to me only to find a wailing monster and a sweat-bathed girl. He gave me a confused look.

I yelled, "Well, KILL IT!". He turned, but it was too late. The monster had stood up again. And he wasn't exactly happy either. Just as he was about to squash Percy, a swishing sound was heard and the monster let out a wail. He quickly turned to dust leaving behind a silver dagger.

Behind the dust stood a girl about 13. She had blond hair and silver-grey eyes. "Annabeth Chase", I thought. Percy ran and hugged her.

They turned away as if to walk away when I cleared my throat." Ahem, ahem", they turned back to me. They both looked at me in anticipation. "So, Percy. Any explanations on what just happened? Or are you just gonna leave me in sweat and confusion and vision of monsters in our school playground with you fighting them with a sword ?", I asked sweetly.

"Wait. Did you see everything? Like, even what they were? What I was holding ?", Percy asked, tensed.

"Well, duh. Why else will I be asking? What's the matter? What's wrong? Who are you ? What were those? How did you fight them all? Percy Jackson, you are in so much trouble.", I concluded with my hands folded, glaring at them.

They just stood there staring at me. "What ?", I asked irritated.

"She's coming with us. Chiron will sort it out.", Annabeth spoke out.

"What? She can't come to the camp!", Percy said at the same time I blurted out, "Chiron as in the Centaur teacher of Achilles ?".

They both looked at me in surprise. Annabeth shook her head and said, "Just, come along.".

She (literally) dragged us both to a quiet corner. Percy began asking questions and I zoned out.

So, Percy Jackson from the series Percy Jackson was real. So was Annabeth Chase. And if my luck is good, and I manage to stay alive, I might share his adventures. Too much to dream, I guess.

Suddenly, a type of cab arrives. Annabeth looks at me expectantly. I get up. Percy and Annabeth follow. As Annabeth tells the three ladies the address, I take a last look at my school.

I guess my life's gonna change forever today. It ain't gonna be the same anymore. Taking a last look at my old life, I was carried away to a whole new, dangerous one.

This was the longest chapter I had ever written for a while, actually. I wrote this way back in September, don't mind me.

Hope you enjoyed it.

Until next time!
