I woke up with a thumping head ache, a drip in my arm and a breathing mask over my mouth. I started to panic and I looked around and saw Max sitting on a chair next to me sleeping.
"Max...Max!" I struggled to get those words out of my mouth. My chest felt like it was tightening up.
"Max!" I said one last time and he woke up.
"Gabby! Your awake!" Max said with relief.
"Where am I? What happened?" I asked.
"Your in hospital. We were walking back from the beach and you collapsed to the ground and you have also been in a small coma for three days" Max said as he got up to sit next to me on the hospital bed.
"Hang on let me call the doctor and tell him your awake." Max said as he gave me a kiss on the head and walked out of the room.
"Hello Gabby. I'm Dr.Hew. How are you feeling?" The doctors asked as she looked at my drip.
"I have a big head ache and my chest feels like its tightening up." I said.
"Ok let me just check your pulse." She said as she looked at her watch at the same time.
"Ok well I'm going to have to take another blood test." Dr.Hew said as she wrote a few things down on my chart.
"Another?" I asked.
"Oh yes. We did a few tests while you were in your small coma." The doctor said as she took a needle out and filled it with my blood.
"Well I will be back in about an hour to give you the results." The doctor said as she stood at the door way.
"Ok." Me and Max both said. The doctor walked away.
"Well would you like me to get you a magazine from the cafe. Seeing that we're going to have to wait a little bit." Max asked.
"Yeah ok." I said as I watched Max get up and walk to the cafe.
I was so tired, I tried stay up and wait for Max to come but I fell asleep.
