Chapter 44

*A Few Hours Later*
Cam's POV:

Everyone arrives back laughing and joking around. 'Sup,' Nash says walking over to me. 'Hiya,' I say. 'Where's grace,' he asks? 'Asleep,' I answer, 'we watched a movie and then she fell asleep.' Nash nods. He sits down next to me. 'How are you going to tell Shawn,' he asks? I sigh. 'I have no idea,' I say. 'Hes gonna be so mad,' Nash says. 'Not helping,' I say. 'Soz,' he says laughing. I push him off the couch. 'Ow. You big bully,' he says fake crying.

Graces POV:

I wake up and I'm lying on Cams bed. I remember how he kissed me and I smile. I wonder if he actually likes me back or if it was in the heat of the moment? I lazily get off his bed and walk out. I can hear everyone's voices downstairs so I go down.

'Hey girly,' Lox says coming over to me. 'Hey,' I say back smiling. It's nice having another girl here. 'How come you didn't come to the beach,' she asks? We walk over to the couch. Nash looks up and smirks at me. I roll my eyes and pull the finger at him. 'What have the boys told you about me,' I ask sitting down? 'Nothing really,' she answers. 'Well do you want the short or the long version,' I ask? 'Short,' she says.

'Well I used to me abused by my patents,' I start. Everyone stops talking and looks at me. 'Then one day I fainted in the street and Cam saved my life. He took me to the hospital and I had to have surgery. Then I moved in here and met all these goofs,' I say pointing at the boys, 'a week after I met them I was kidnapped by my parents where they abused and raped me. I was there for 3 months. Two weeks after they kidnapped me they took me to the beach. While we were there my dad tried to drown me. Then I was found by the police and taken back to the hospital. Then I met you guys and now where here.'

Lox and I have tears running down our faces by the end. She hugs me tightly. 'Your parents are sick,' I hear Jacob mumble. 'So how did you survive,' Nash asks? 'My mum pulled my father away from me,' I answer.

'Could you not have just swam away,' Sammy asks? I look down at my feet. 'You can't swim,' Cam says. 'I never learnt,' I say, 'my parents never let me.'
