Ash had fallen asleep, and Michael was silently driving. I was playing with Ashton’s fingers, trying to stay awake. He was falling asleep beside me. It was only 11pm and I didn’t want to fall asleep yet. It was extremely dark. Michael played the radio, turning up the sound a little so he would stay awake. I took the opportunity to turn to Ashton, cupping his face and placing my lips on his. His eyes shot open and then he quickly shut them again moving with me. His hands slid to my waist, holding them firmly.

We soon pulled away to catch our breath.

“Well, I’m not tired anymore!” He laughed. Then kissed me once more.

“Guys, it is so unfair if you’re making out in the backseat while Ash is sleeping.” Michael complained.

“You volunteered to drive!” I commented. Ashton cupped my face once more and kissed me deeply.

We arrived at our new hotel at 7:12am. The hotel wouldn’t let us in until 9am. So we all sat on the curb.

“So New Years is tomorrow.” Luke commented.

“Who’s looking forward to the party?” Michael asked. “So many people are going to be there!”

“Girls, we are going to have to go shopping for something.” Sky commented. “We have to make a good first impression. Plus I’ve been wanting a reason to get a nice party type dress for awhile!”

“Girls and shopping!” Ashton laughed. I nudged him a little.

“You don’t have to come you know.” I said to him. He just laughed.

“Thank you! I was not going to be sitting in a shop for half an hour!” He laughed again. I nudged him once more. He pulled me into a hug. “I’m just playing with you.” He said and then kissed the back of my head. Bree looked a lot better this morning. She wasn’t pale anymore, but was still extremely tired. She had fallen asleep in Luke’s arms. He didn’t seem to mind very much. Today the boys parents were flying back to Sydney. Their flight wasn’t until 8pm. They didn’t want us all to come with them, so they’re going to say good bye to us here.

Lilly got out her guitar and began to play Style by Taylor Swift. They hadn’t organised everything for that song yet, and they left Bree to sleep in Luke’s arms while the rest of the girls were singing. A few people walked past us and stopped to watch before moving on.

After they had finished with that song, the girls continued on with one song they were half way through. The boys continued to plan for the tour. They had a list of things they had to complete before they get on the plane to head to America. They were planing the set list, which concert and which song the girls were going to sing with them, who has which intro to the songs, stuff like that for the tour. The American leg and European leg. They also had to begin to write some new songs for the next album.

Our parents were constantly going in and out of the hotel to see if we could go in yet. It was still a no. They both headed to the nearest bakery and got some muffins for breakfast.

They soon came back with food. The girls stopped playing and the boys stopped organising. We woke up Bree and we all ate our breakfast.

“I know what kind of tattoo we could get.” Ashton whispered in my ear.

“Hmm?”

“A horse shoe. It’s a lucky symbol. We were lucky to bump into each other, and we were lucky that we found each other again.” He explained and I smiled. “Do you want to get it today? On your other wrist?” I nodded and he kissed my neck. My eyes fluttered shut as he continued to leave kisses along my neck.
