"what would i have to do to get you to write a song with me." ashlyn begged as the two stood at ashlyn's locker. "ash. i haven't really been in a 'song writing' mood. but when i am i'll let you know" arabella smiled to the caswell girl.

"i'm trading in my east high leopards gear to be a wildcat, starting today." both arabella and ashlyn heard the boys voice from down the hall. "umm. i gotta get to class, ash i'll see u at the read-through?" arabella mumbled as she headed to try and find gina, before class.

arabella usually had no problem being near ej, when she started at east high, she would try and talk to him. and ej would just turn around and ignore her. right now, however she couldn't stand to be within 5ft, she didn't know how she would make it during rehearsal.

ashlyn sighed, before heading over to ej, to try and knock sense into him. "hi!" "hey. say hi to my cousin and bye to my cousin. she's the bomb. peace" he said while ending the live and giving a peace sign.

"you're in a good mood."

"that's just for the fans, ash. inside i'm a bucket of sad." ej commented. "how funny, it seems i know another girl, who also happens to pretty sad today as well." ashlyn spoke, trying to hint to him, who exactly that was. ashlyn missed the trio she had grown up with and she knew, the girl and boy also did.

"yeah. why's she upset." ej asked, oblivious to who ashlyn was trying to hint.

"i don't know, maybe because, her childhood best friend, who abandoned her for no reason's, first words in three years to her were "what the hell was that" and he tried to argue over her friending another boy?" ashlyn stated before shaking her head and walking away.

the caswell boy was soon hit by a wave of guilt. he knew he had no business yelling at arabella, he didn't deserve any explanation from her, or even for her to try and talk to him. ej had never been very open with talking about his feelings, but that was different with bella. and when high school came, he knew he wouldn't be able to talk and be with her as often, so he gave up.

all of his high school years had sucked without the girl. and it was all he fault. and he knew it.

bella walked into the bomb shelter entering seemingly at the same time as nini and kourtney. arabella felt out of place in the bomb shelter and just took it to her self to try and stand in a corner as to not bother anyone.
