Quick explanation of Visions!
The Archons bestow some of their elemental power to mortals in the form of Visions. Visions are usually spherical crystals branded with the symbol of their element and likewise, glow with their element's characteristic color. Visions appear mysteriously to a chosen few during moments of extreme crisis, or singular ambition or desire. Visions allow the wielder to focus their mental energy so that they can use the elemental powers of the Archon that blessed them.
The Elemental powers are as follows:
Pyro (Fire), Hydro (Water), Cyro (Ice), Electro (Electricity), Anemo (Air), Dendro (Grass), and Geo (Rock).
Canon Characters:
Izuku - Can wield any element, starting with Anemo, then slowly starting to learn how to master each one.
Bakugou- Pyro
Todoroki - Somehow has control of both Pyro, and Cyro.
Uraraka - Anemo
Iida - Cyro

All Might - The Archon of Anemo, gives Izuku his blessing to gain the abilities of other elements.
Aizawa - The grand acting master of Mustutafus' knights. There were rumors he used to have a Geo Vision, but nobody has ever seen him use it.
President Mic - Electro, Aizawas' right-hand man and the captain of the cavaliers.
Midnight - A Hydro user who is an assistant to Aizawa, along with the librarian to Mustutadus' grand library.
Endeavor - The Archon of Pyro.
Mirko - The Archon of Geo
Gang Orca - Archon of Hydro
Fat Gum - Archon of Dendro.
