MEANT TO BE

Part 3

Morning 6.00 A.M

A man was running on his tread mill on medium speed with soft music playing in the background. It's his daily routine. Sweat was dripping from his forehead but he continued without wiping it. This continued till 7 A.M until he was interrupted by a sound. He turned his head towards the direction and found his pet dog Asher standing near the door wagging his tail. A smile adorned his face and he immediately went towards him.

Man: "GM my boy" The dog just barked in return and gave him the newspaper which was in his mouth till then. The man laughed and ruffled Asher's hair. He picked it up and proceeded towards the gigantic living room of his mansion and settled in the couch with Asher in his lap. He was going through the newspaper when his phone rang. It was his P.A Jedrek.

Jed: "GM sir"

Man: "Ares. Call me Ares when we are not in office. How many times should I say that?"

Jed: "Fine. GM Ares. Today you have to conduct interview for your new P.A. Remember? So don't be late"

Ares: "Sure. I won't be" He cut the call and put down and went to get ready for the day. By 9.30 he was ready and he got into his car and drove away to his office.

He was all alone in the mansion and his only companion was Asher. He have trust issues and hence won' t trust anyone easily. Jedrek was the only one who he trusts right now and he is like his father figure at the age of 51.Ares grew up in the orphanage and came out from it with nothing in his hands except his masters' degree. He worked in various places irrespective of time and place to gain experience in any way he could. He started his own company at the age of 23 from scratch. The path was not easy. It was filled with all and every kind of struggle and he handled them all sole handedly without any support. When he was 25,his business started flourishing and from then he has strived very hard to keep it at the same level. From there, he started extending his business in all fields and has tasted only success till now. He met Jedrek when he entered the construction industry. From then he had been his continuous support and Ares has relied on him for all business decisions. Still there is a void in his life and trust issue had only made it more difficult for him. Thinking all this he reached his empire, the Head office, THE ARES INDUSTRY.
