Epilogue 2

2 years later

A tired looking Ares entered his home all ready to sleep when a pair of little hands circled his legs gaining his attention. He looked down to see his 1 year old son Azriel hugging his legs. Ares picked him up and kissed his chubby cheeks.

Ares: "What happened champ?" Azriel just hid his face in Ares's neck making him chuckle and pat his back. Soon Ares got his answer when a furious Hera approached them.

Hera: "Ares, put him down now. He isn't drinking milk and making me run behind him for the past 2 hours. I'm really tired" She said huffing and Ares saw her face which was indeed tired. Kissing her cheeks, he took the milk glass from Hera and proceeded to sit on the sofa.

He made Azriel sit on his lap and made him drink milk after convincing him. Hera sighed in relief seeing that and she leaned on Ares shoulder. Ares kissed her head while making Azriel to drink milk. Rowan who just now came back from office smiled seeing the scene.

Row: "Family time?" Ares turned hearing Rowan and smiled.

Hera: "I'm very tired due to your so-called champ"

Row: "Oh. Look at my princess. She is very cute and obedient just like me"

Athena: "Oh really? Then you yourself make your princess drink her milk" Saying she gave their 2 year old daughter to Rowan and thrusted the glass of milk in other hand. Rowan looked at his princess who pouted nodding no. His heart melted and he kept back the milk glass. He took two chocolates from his pocket and handed them to his princess and his champ.

Athena fumed seeing this and went inside stomping her feet. Seeing that Rowan and Elara rushed to convince their sweet queen while Ares, Hera laughed making Azriel confused.

Azriel: "What happen?" He asked in his baby voice while the couple smiled seeing their cute prince.

Ares: "Your Athena aunt is angry with your Rowan buddy and Elara sis" Azriel nodded his head as if he understood what Ares said and Ares kissed his cheeks again seeing his cuteness. Hera once again leaned on his shoulder with a smile etched on her face and Ares wrapped his arms around her feeling complete in his family's embrace.

   They closed their eyes and sat reminiscing their life. How everything changed and what all they went through to be like this today. From Elara and Fergus to Hera and Ares thus proving that they are indeed MEANT TO BE TOGETHER FOR FOREVER.
